    “Got there to a decking area that was ready to fall down and very slippy.”

    Opened caravan do to a horrible smell of cat wee. Was no heating in living room . Tried turn gas boiler on couldn't get hot water spoke to the owner who told us what to do having done this the boiler was leaking water really bad could not get hot water so we had to leave. The owner apologised and agreed to refund us but has never sent any refund keep ringing and messaging it's disgraceful
