“Excellent accommodation!”

Everything that we needed, The outside area was brilliant with fantastic views and an amazing hot tub. Kitchen was very well equipped, comfy sofa, heating was toasty. Thank You.

“Very nice Mini Lodge.”

We enjoyed our stay and owners were extremely welcoming when communicating on the phone. We found the double bedroom very small and only gave you approx. 8" either side of the bed and this was very difficult for us due to age. Towels and bed linen was clean but some areas left a lot to be desired. E g. Plates in cupboards were covered in cobwebs and all needed to be washed before we could use them.

“Our stay at this wonderful caravan was amazing.”

The beds were very comfy, the living area was spacious and the settee was comfy also. There was nothing the kitchen area didn't have, it had all the mod cons and more. The weather was on our side so we used the outside facilities all weekend. The hot tub was checked everyday. The location was perfect just a short walk to all the main facilities. I cant wait to book again and take the hubby. thank you to the owner, ill be back The only reason I gave the cleanliness an 8 was because of the outside area was full of cobwebs and spiders which I know cannot be helped but it was excessive. the tables also hadn't been cleaned since the last guests with glass marks and spilled drink, with an old hair bobble on one of them ... however, this wouldn't stop me booking again

“We all agreed this has been one of the best holidays we have had.”

The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. The view across the lake was absolutely stunning, the hot tub a lovely luxury and being able to watch the jets from RAF Coningsbury each day an unexpected surprise! The position of the home was spot on; to the left a 2 minutes walk to the amenities and the right, a small grass area to take our dog. Even though it was so close to the main centre, it was very peaceful. The welcome hamper was also a lovely surprise! Any communication with the owner was answered quickly. Tattershall lakes itself is a lovely site and for me, being able to see the castle was just amazing! The kids (14 & 18) enjoyed the pedalos, hiring bikes & fishing, all booked at a reasonable price, while we enjoyed the numerous restaurants and bars!! My daughter & I also made use of the spa also at a good price!

“We’ve just returned home from a perfect 4 nights away.”

The lodge is perfect with everything you could possibly need. It was spotless on arrival and had the added bonus of a hot tub which made it perfect. The location of the lodge is a stones throw away from all the facilities and the views over water ski lake was gorgeous. We hope to return in the near future.

“Such a lovely caravan, with the bonus of the hot tub.”

The location was fantastic, right in front of the water ski lake, you could see the aqua park, people paddleboarding, kayaking etc. plus it was also right next to the complex. Before we had even arrived Jeanne was very helpful and made sure that everything would run smoothly, we were also pleasantly surprised by a welcome goody pack. We all loved our stay and will be definitely be back again.

“This mini lodge was everything we wanted.”

The hot tub, the lake view, the location, all amenities withing a few steps, we were greeted with a welcome hamper which was lovely. So clean and everything you need is there. Will definitely visit again.

“We have just been for the weekend with my 3 children and my parents, the caravan was the perfect size and the welcome bundle was amazing for all of us.”

Perfect location for my elderly parents to be able to go and watch there grandchildren do all the activities. The caravan had lots of little extra touches to make it feel more like a home, we will be back soon ??

“Absolutely amazing place from start to finish!”

! Would highly recommend!! The holiday home was clean and spacious with everything that you could possibly require. The added extras like the welcome basket and the toiletries were a really nice touch. The view from the holiday home was absolutely amazing overlooking the lake. The ramp up onto the decking was ideal for us as we had the pram with us. And also was massive and secure and plenty of room for the dog to wander around. Beds were comfortable and everyone had a great nights sleep. The holiday home is a short walk from all the entertainment. And a walk around tattershall lakes is lovely. The owners were second to none. We forgot to request a travel cot, but once we contacted them this was arranged and delivered the next day and was brand new with bed sheets also. Would definitely book again and will be recommending to family and friends.

“On arrival the caravan was clean and inviting and having tea and coffee left for us after a long journey was lovely.”

Some of our group were disabled but were able to get around inside and out with no difficulties. The hot tub was cleaned daily by a very polite gentleman who always managed a smile for the group. The owner herself was very helpful and nothing was a problem from the initial contact. Would definitely book again.

“What an absolute find.”

The caravan is new, very modern with open plan kitchen that had absolutely every thing you need and was spotlessly clean. Entry to the caravan was by key code supplied by the owner on the day of arrival. The fresh towels and the individual gifts of Aussie shampoo and conditioner and dove shower gel left on each bed was a very lovely touch. Also the gift basket of tea and coffee and sweets for the children was a welcome surprise after a long journey. The ramp attached to the decking was great for my father who is a wheel chair user and the gate at the top meant that our pooches were able to be outside on the decking without leads or the fear of them getting out. The location was absolutely perfect, situated right on the water ski lake and only a 2 min walk to all the amenities. The hot tub was the perfect addition and the filtration and water was checked daily by site staff on the day of our departure the hot tub was emptied, cleaned and refilled ready for the next guests to arrive. We really can not find fault with this accommodation it was amazing and we would definitely recommend this and will definitely book again.

“Fantastic time had on our short break.”

Caravan was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Lovely to have a spacious kitchen where your every need has been considered . Beds are very comfy with plenty of storage. Great location, close to all amenities but still in a quiet area. Cannot fault the accommodation at all and would be happy to book again.

There is a 60-acre water skiing and wakeboard lake, a 45-acre jet skiing lake, a cable wakeboard lake, and even three lakes covering all aspects of coarse fishing, two bars, one with lake views, a restaurant, children's play area and an on-site supermarket. Should you wish to venture outside this great location, a wealth of attractions can be found. NT's Tattershall Castle is next to Tattershall Park, and further afield Belvoir Castle, Burghley House and Belton House are all well worth a visit.
