It has a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and cooker.
There are 3 bedrooms 1 Double and 2 twin rooms and bed linen is provided.
Main bathroom has shower, toilet and sink and the other has a toilet and sink.
Hand towels and tea towels are provided.
Located on Shearwater in a sunny location which benefits from the sun all day long.
It has decking area with Hot tub sunk into the decking to the side of the caravan.
Lots of parking space on this nice corner pitch.
Entertainment Passes are needed if you wish to use the park's facilities including the bar, these can be purchased through the owner on booking your holiday!

Some activities are included with the passes, however, some do come with an added charge.
When you booking with us you will be required to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit on top of the cost of the holiday.
This will be refunded after your stay if there are no damages or excessive cleaning.
No smoking in van.
