The property

This stunning lodge located on The Fairway which is just a 5/7 minute walk from the main complex, has the benefit of being an end plot giving you a lovely-sized garden area on the side.

Being just 1 row back from the lake, you still have the benefit of lovely views.

The hot tub is located on the side with tinted privacy glass all the way around the very large wrap-around decking and with a 6-seater outside table and chairs what's not to love while you are enjoying the views?

Inside you will walk into the welcoming utility area, which includes a washer/dryer.

Through there, you enter the large living room area with an open-plan kitchen.

There is a 6-seater dining room table and breakfast bar with 2 additional stools.

The kitchen has a full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and grill, microwave and larder.

The main bathroom includes a bath. There are 3 bedrooms in the property. Bedroom 1 includes a king-size bed, En Suite with shower, walk-in wardrobe, TV and dressing area with mirror. Bedroom 2 includes a king-size bed, TV and dressing area with a mirror. Bedroom 3 includes 2 full-size single beds and a TV. There is also a luxury blow-up double bed for the lounge.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park

Nestling between the Fens and the Wolds in the heart of Lincolnshire, is Tattershall Lakes Country Park, the perfect location to enjoy that special holiday. Tattershall Park consists of 365 acres offering woodlands, lakes and open spaces along with fantastic sporting opportunities. There is a 60-acre water skiing and wakeboard lake, a 45-acre jet skiing lake, a cable wakeboard lake, and even three lakes covering all aspects of coarse fishing, two bars, one with lake views, a restaurant, children's play area and an on-site supermarket. Should you wish to venture outside this great location, a wealth of attractions can be found. NT's Tattershall Castle is next to Tattershall Park, and further afield Belvoir Castle, Burghley House and Belton House are all well worth a visit. Within half an hour's drive you can be exploring the popular cathedral city of Lincoln, with its castle overlooking the medieval streets, or spend a day discovering the coast, visiting nature reserves at Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point. For a day out at a traditional seaside resort visit Skegness, Mablethorpe or Cleethorpes.

It also boasts a selection of historical landmarks including its own 15th century castle and the Grade I listed Holy Trinity Church.
