The property

Welcome to our luxury lakeside log cabin at Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Our property was fully refurbished inside and out summer 2024 and has an amazing private fenced lakeside garden with a massive 40 meters of private lake frontage.

Tattershall regulars will know that there are not many rentals available with private fenced gardens and ours is one of the largest on park with a massive 40 meters of private lake frontage.

Garden amenities include a 5 meter lakeside deck with sun loungers, fire pit area with BBQ grill, lakeside patio with dining furniture and furnished shaded veranda, plus our semi sunken lake view hot tub. Located at Gibson Approach just a short walk from the main complex the log cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

A king and a twin with full size singles downstairs plus ensuite and house bathroom both with double walk in shower.

Our 3rd bedroom is a king room mezzanine level accessed from the living area by ladder style stairs (so not suitable for very young children or anyone with impaired mobility). The living area is open plan with french windows to the verandah and garden, and has a log burner and large dining table.

Our fully equipped kitchen has full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washer dryer.

The log cabin is decorated inside and out for the Christmas holidays, Easter holidays and Halloween/October half term. Beds are made up for arrival (no need to strip on leaving).

A hot tub towel and bath towel is supplied for each guest plus hand towels in the bathrooms.

We provide cleaning supplies and basic condiments in the kitchen. Please note that our pets policy is 1 dog or 2 small breeds by prior arrangement.

We will consider other pets by prior arrangement. Early check in and late check out are available at £25 per day where available and this gives access to check out at midday or check in at 1pm. We are a no smoking property including no vaping inside the property. For check in other than Monday and Friday please enquire if we can accommodate your required dates.

Please note that we have a minimum 3 night stay policy. If you require the cot or high chair please make us aware when booking so that we can make these available for you.

The city of Lincoln offers numerous places to visit, making it an ideal holiday destination. Its impressive hill-top medieval cathedral not only boasts striking architecture but was also a film location for both The Da Vinci Code and coronation scenes in Young Victoria. Walk the walls of Lincoln Castle and climb the tower, taking in views over the city. In the summer months, enjoy the open-air theatre, pop and rock concerts and re-enactment weekends in the castle grounds. The castle also houses Lincoln’s Magna Carta. Lincoln has great shopping with quaint and quirky independent shops in the cathedral quarter. The area offers several aviation attractions from World War II museums to present day airfields and the International Bomber Command Centre. Nearby Waddington is home to the Red Arrows and the Dambusters Inn and Heritage Centre.
