“Caravan as described.”

Very comfortable seating and beds. Well-equipped with everything needed for a short break. Huge TV was a bonus with kids. Owner quick to respond to any queries. Site very dog friendly. Not owners fault, but lack of access to facilities on site (e.g. pool, spa, badminton court) spoiled the stay. We were only made aware of lack of access through direct contact with park after booking. Would recommend that you check with the site before booking directly.

“When we arrived at Patrington Haven we were instantly blown away by the beautiful flower beds and immaculate lawns and we knew we were onto a winner!”

The caravan itself was laid out perfectly. Nice and clean, with the beds in the three bedrooms all made up. We hadn’t intended on needing the pullout bed in the lounge area, but we used it for a couple of “movie nights”. It would’ve been rude not to make use of the biggest TV we have ever seen! Amazing! The pullout was also ready with a fitted sheet, and so comfortable that my 16 year old son chose to sleep on it for the remainder of the holiday. The holiday park itself is the best kept we’ve ever stayed on. Each caravan has its own little garden and these are proudly kept by the caravan owners. It was a joy to walk our dog around the area, finishing with the beautifully serene and well stocked fishing lake. The Clubhouse was both welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed the meals we had - burgers, pizzas, scampi, Mediterranean kebab, chickpea curry. All deliciously fresh and generous portions. The games room was perfect for our needs. Our 12 year old has discovered a love for Pool, so many hours were spent shooting balls at the two pool tables. We booked in for couple of family swims. The changing rooms, pool and showers were well maintained and clean. My husband popped into the sauna and steam rooms whilst we continued to bob about in the pool. He enjoyed them both. We would absolutely return to Patrington Haven without a doubt. Highly recommended!!

“We arrived to an immaculate and well appointed caravan.”

Everything we would need for a family holoday was present eg equipment and untensils for cooking, smart tv with connections for entertainmemt, clean and fully functioning bathroom. 2 toilets was a bonus for our family of 5. Would definitely recommend and would like to stay again. The country club was beautiful, had a pool, play area and arcade for the children. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and also a takeaway. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Village is only a few minutes drive with a couple of shops and pubs. We had a drink in one of the pubs and everyone was friendly. Beautiful gothic church.

“Caravan was ideal for our 3 night break.”

The owners correspondence with us was faultless, instructions on how to find the caravan was perfect. Beds were comfortable and there was enough seating outside on the balcony and more available. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Caravan. The site seemed to have enough to keep a younger family happy, and the restaurants takeaway service was great, food was lovely.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 twin rooms.

The spacious and bright living area has a pull-out double sofa bed.

Bedding is included in your stay. The caravan’s location on Patrington Haven Leisure Park 15 mins to Withernsea.

The caravan is complete with central heating, a electric fire and double glazing so you can be sure that even if the weather isn’t great, you’ll still be warm and cosy inside. Other facilities in the caravan include: · Bathroom with shower and toilet · 2nd toilet room with sink · Unlimited Wi-Fi · Microwave · Toaster · Full range of pots, pans and crockery · Fridge Freezer – full sized, perfect for storing enough food for a family stay. · Smart TV 65 inch connected to the Wi-Fi complete with free view and able to log in to Netflix, Prime Video etc · Charging bank station with USB. The club house reopens on the 10th July 2025 but we are awaiting a date for the pool we are chasing them daily for an update.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
