Hi thankyou for your lovely review in our guest book then to randomly find out all this apparent problems. I asked for pictures and strangely you never sent. You also never once said anything to me and we had spoken by email while you was there.
You left day before Check out so you had stayed nearly the full week.
The caravan you stayed in is our most popular and all our guest reviews all state how clean and beautiful our van is. It's strange that your experience was different. There's now been 3 sets of guests since your holiday and each set have said how lovely and clean the van is, which isn't unusual as it is. The carpets are brand new last year too and are regularly professionally cleaned.
Still waiting on the pictures from you , we have pictures to prove our caravan is a lovely clean caravan.
Your review in our guest book stated thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely caravan, it was first trip to this side of the country and your not disappointed and you would be back.
Well you would definitely never be welcome in any of our vans. And as for customer service I was there fir every contact, I even gave you bedding and free early check in which you never thanked me for. Speaks volumes about you.
