Location is excellent as only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Pay extra for the entertainment which we was aware before booking and not a problem. The entertainment was great for all ages from young kids to adult entertainment later on. Plenty of places to eat including a nice cafe on site.
Only a 10 minute walk to chapel at Leonard’s along the path. 45 minute walk to fantasy island. There is plenty to do and buses run regularly if unable to walk long distances. I would recommend and will be returning.
I would recommend taking dish cloths and bath / tea towels as not supplied all though there was plenty of cleaning products and a hoover to use.

Apple Tree is our lovely, brand new 2022, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan with a wraparound private decking that is situated on Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards.
The caravan is double glazed, central heated and well equipped to ensure you have a real home from home experience.
There is a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge making it comfortable for 8 people to sleep.
There’s also a flat screen TV in the lounge.

The Golden Palm Resort has a large clubhouse, which hosts some of the best entertainment on the east coast.
It also has a soft play area, a lovely heated fun pool with slides and play areas for young children around the park, along with shops and takeaways.
Golden Palm is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of Chapel St Leonards, where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
Within a 5 minute drive you could be at Fantasy Island and the market at Ingoldmells, as well as all the bars, restaurants and shops.
