“Our second year at this van & site.”

The van is super. This year, we had the unfortunate experience of site digging under the main bedroom window at 8am. Shame on the site reps. We hope to book again next year xx

“We stayed with 3 kids aged 13, 11 and 6.”

Also a small chihuahua. The decking area was great for dog as the spindles wete close enough together to ensure she couldn't escape. We chose this caravan for the added benefit of the 65" tv, xbox and built in WiFi. All was perfect. We had a few issues with the WiFi and contacted the host who responded very quickly. However it turned out the entire parks WiFi was down. Loved that ot came with bedding, a tea towel and other basics such as washing up liquid, a small selection of condiments. It also has a tassimo machine for any coffee lovers, you do need your own pods though. It is directly sited across from a park which for us was great meaning our 6yr old could play while we sat on the decking. Overall we would definitely use this again if we were ro return. A big thank you to the hosts.

“Caravan was clean and tidy,however when we arrived the gas bottle was empty so had to wait over an hour for a ew to be fitted.”

We also found the main bedroom very tight for space.Also had a problem contacting the owner during our stay as he was abroad.

“Had the best stay!”

The Caravan is in a great location. We went with our children who had a park to play in opposite the caravan, also our elderly mothers who were happy to be in walking distance of everything we wanted to do a needed! Even a veranda for the dogs to be outside as well. Will definitely be back again! The Only one thing I could say negatively was I couldn’t find any oven trays but didn’t not bothers us at all x

“Had a great stay.”

The location is great, close to beach & entertainment. The van is so close to kids park which is ideal if you have kids but this can get very noisy. Inside the caravan is three bedrooms & two bathrooms. The open plan kitchen living room is good with a massive tv (my other half now wants one ????) Some things to note: No washing up liquid so we purchased some from the local shop for £1.20. No sugar or ketchup. These are things that I have had when visiting a previous private rents. This is for information purposes & this did not have a negative effect on our stay. The van did have cups, plates, utensils, cleaning supplies, everything that you would need. Beds made up on arrival & were comfortable. The site was clean & friendly and I would recommend if you have kids.

“On arrival of the Carvan, I had to clean the kitchen and bathroom facilities and use the broom in the cupboard to clean the carvan.”

This was not to satisfactory level. We were not informed that we would be unable to use the facilities one evening out of our 3 due to private event. Sunday evening we had no gas for heating, a shower or able to cook our breakfast in the morning. I did contact the owner but had no reply within the hour so messaged not to worry as need to put my children to bed. He responded following day at midday by this point we were half way home. I have spoken with the owner and he is taking and responsibility of the faults and lack of facilities in the carvan and on site on one of our days. Be warned before booking as the site do private events so facilities out of action and owner dosent tell you, carvan isn't to a clean standard, the beds are very uncomfortable, your on main stretch for people walking back to carvan, your opposite the park which has its ups and downs great in the day not great in evening and at night when you want to sleep and older teenagers in there. The gas levels are not checked so may have no heating or hot water. I have stayed at lovely sites and carvans amd this is worse experience I have ever had.

“Lovely caravan , spotlessly clean , great location.”

nice quiet spot across the road from a small kiddies play area. this van having the added bonus of a designated parking bay and WIFI. would nt hesitate to book this van again - great for family break , 2min walk to clubhouse and all amenities.
