Introducing Fir Tree, our newly refurbished 6-berth caravan at Golden Palms Resort in Chapel St Leonards, near Skegness.

This stylish and modern accommodation features two comfortable bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed, making it perfect for smaller groups or families.

As a dog-friendly option, Fir Tree welcomes up to two small dogs for an additional fee of £15.

The caravan boasts a delightful side deck, ideal for enjoying the outdoors, and provides the convenience of your own parking space. Located just a 10-minute walk from the main resort and 15 minutes from the beach, Fir Tree offers both accessibility and proximity to local attractions. Bed linen is provided for your stay, while guests are asked to bring their own towels. Fir Tree comes with optional upgrades such as Wi-Fi, early check-in, late check-out, and the availability of a cot or highchair. Essential items like washing-up liquid, sponges, a toilet roll, and a tea towel are provided, along with a fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, plates, pots, pans, an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. A refundable bond payment of £50 is required for potential breakages, and a 25% deposit is needed at booking, with the full balance due four weeks before arrival.

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
