For location, it is literally two minutes' walk from the shop and takeaway outlets - add another 30 seconds and you're at the crazy golf - and another 30 will take you over the road to the amusements and swimming pool (plus the club and pub on each side of the road). Walk in the opposite direction and you are only around 3-4 vans away from the kids' play area.

The caravan itself was immaculately clean when we arrived, and kitted out with everything you might need. The shower is large enough to cater for those of a larger disposition (like myself!) and there is enough storage space to minimise the living out of a suitcase experience.
Communication was good and any questions were answered quickly - though these were mainly to do with the site in general, rather than about the caravan itself.
Beds and bedding were all of good quality (I'm actually missing the double bed and may have to get a new mattress at home now).
Finally, with the temperatures rising to near 30 degrees during our stay, the air conditioning unit in the main area was an absolute boon.
In the mornings you can hear the sea in the distance and sit out on the side decking while the sun slowly rises above the neighbouring caravan, and in the afternoons and evenings you can sit there and enjoy the shade.
Grandparent, son-in-law and three grandchildren (between 10-18yrs) all enjoyed the stay. I couldn't recommend this more highly to anyone else considering the site.
