This is a six-berth, three-bedroom caravan.
It has a full-length veranda with an 8 ft patio area at the front of the van and 4 ft wide down the side.
It also has a large shed outside, a washing machine & a chest freezer.
There is a table & chairs outside for you to relax and outdoor lighting for the evening.
Inside the caravan, it has everything you need: pots, pans, cutlery, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee-making machine.
Tea, coffee & sugar are provided complimentary.
Apart from the gas fire, panel heating is in all the bedrooms and the shower room.
Please note that from 2017, I will not be providing bedding ( duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases )
On Golden Palm, an excellent swimming pool (chargeable) and a kid's play area exist.
The club Tropicana is at the entrance to the site and has top-class entertainment and a family area with amusements & other things for all the family to enjoy.
Also, in the immediate vicinity, there are several shops, pubs, clubs, amusements, crazy golf, dodgems, gift shops and takeaways.
Ingoldmells, which has a fantasy island and its famous outdoor market, is just a short journey by bus, which runs every few minutes.
Skegness is also a short ride away.
The beach is beautiful and is a great way to relax, and the village centre is a nice pleasant stroll and is a pretty area with a supermarket, eating places, gift shops, and a friendly pub.
The shed on the caravan has now been converted with electrics so that anyone with
A mobility scooter can charge it when needed.
