“Had a lovely family week away in Colin ?”

???. Was like a home away from home, very homely, clean, beautiful caravan. Owners were lovely and friendly, nothing was too much. Lovely welcome basket on arrival, and lots of maps, and information leaflets etc. Which really helped. Only 2 min walk to entertainment, pool, and amusements, and food. 5 min walk to the beach. Had something for every age, within 5 mins walk. Couldn't recommend enough. Will definetly be back. Only downside, we had to come home ????.

“We booked our caravan with Simon last minute as he had advertised a cancellation through Facebook, i am very skeptical booking online with strangers due to scammers but he was very understanding and professional when it came to booking and paying and provided us with all the info we needed to make a booking securely , when we arrived it was perfect location near the outdoor pool , clubhouse and the strip !”

The caravan was very clean and all the beds where freshly made with very fresh smelling washing, everything we needed where there aswell as a lovely little welcome package !! Would defo go again, we absolutely loved it and we would love to stop in simons van again ! Highly recommend both the place & service ! Top stars loved it !! Xx

We have 2 vans side by side on Happy Days, Chapel St Leonards please see our other listing fir Colin our 6 berth van. Clarissa is our 3 bed 8 berth fitted with large enclosed veranda We can supply all bedding if required. Free wifi in our vans Onsite clubhouse Outdoor heated pool Direct beach access. A £50 deposit or £75 if taking pets secures your dates Clarissa is pet-friendly. We would like to wish all our guests a wonderful stay. Thanks Simon & Lynn

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
