“Perfect caravan for our needs.”

Other than some hairs found in the beds can't fault the cleanliness. Pubs, shops, amusements a 5min walk away, 10mins to the beach, owner quick to respond and informative will definitely return, thankyou!

“Great long weekend, bonus is that stayed with our 3 dogs when most only allow 2 max.”

Pooches had a great time. Caravan comfortable and clean. Has everything you need for your stay plus decent TV signal and was even tempted to play on the Wii. Great outside space on decking with furniture and picnic table on the grass. Location on site was spot on, easy to park and 5 mins walk from club and bars on trunch lane. Will definitely be staying again

The property

36x10ft double glazed caravan on a quiet plot. 5 minute drive to Fantasy Island (Ingoldmells).

15 minute drive to Skegness Town Centre. Pubs are located just outside the entrance gates. Club Tropicana is a 5 minute walk around the back of the site.

Live entertainment on daily with soft play etc!

Plenty to do in Skegness- Seal sanctuary, sea life centre, paddle boats etc. Public transport also available just outside the site. Each bedroom is kitted out with blow heaters and electric blankets for added comfort in the colder months.

Wardrobes and storage space also available. All brand new bedding at the start of the season.

The quaint little village of Chapel St Leonards is situated on the Lincolnshire coast, seven miles from the popular resort of Skegness.
