“We had a fabulous time away.”

The caravan was lovely and clean on arrival and had extras like washing up liquid, tea bags, etc. The shower was perfect and didn't burn your skin off like some!! The board games came in handy on a rainy afternoon, and when the heating was on, it was lovely and cosy in the caravan. We would love to stay again.

The caravan itself is a decent size, and we really liked everything down to the small but pleasant touches such as putting essential supplies already in place, providing some fantastic family games and DVDs, also providing linen, and putting single beds together to make double (asking me about that in advance) and just generally truly useful things to make our stay extremely pleasant and happy ???? many thanks

“An absolutely wonderful place to relax.”

The mobile home was huge and had all the home comforts you could ever need. There are two smaller bedroom in addition to the master bedroom, which was great for storing our luggage. Lots of wardrobe space and a really comfortable bed. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we needed for nothing. Outside is a table and chairs which is perfectly placed to enjoy the sunshine all the way to sunset. Nearby the beach is five minutes walk away and also five minutes walk away there is a newly refurbished pub that serves food and has entertainment in the evening. The pub has created an excellent entertainment facility for children who are welcome. The owners of the accommodation are so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided us with all the information we needed to locate the property. They have taken the trouble to compile a really useful book with lots of ideas for day trips, daily days out and local restaurants. If you choose to eat in, there is a large Tesco store just five minutes drive away. A lovely holiday and we will definitely go back again!

“Absolutly perfect.”

I contacted the owner the morning before and was booked in by the afternoon. For such sort notice i couldnt have asked for a better host. Everything was above our expectations. From the facilities of the caravan to the park in general. I wouldnt hesitate to book this again. If you are looking for somewhere to have a base camp to go explore or just want a relaxing break, this is the place.

Amenities are fab. Great entertainment and lots for my teenage daughter to do. Beach was a 5 min walk with a beautiful golden sandy beach. Tess the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely be back. What a find.

“What can I say?”

! This was by far one of the best, if not the best holiday we have had as a family! It was perfect from start to finish! The caravan is amazing, it has everything you need. It is very cosy and family-friendly, but also very spacious. Like a home from home. The caravan is in a great location - everything on the park can be easily accessed on foot within 5 minutes or so, which meant we only used the car when going offsite. The beach and animal sanctuary are also only a short walk from the caravan too. We had the most amazing holiday, which included my husband's 40th birthday - lots of memories made. Tess (the owner) is amazing, answering all sorts of questions and provided us with really comprehensive information. Smooth arrival and departure for us made it so less stressful than other holidays we've had with a toddler! Can't wait to come back, very soon!! Thanks Tess ????

“A lovely spacious caravan and very well equipped.”

We have stayed in many caravans but these beds were the most comfortable by far! Only a short distance to the fantastic beach. We went to the other beach in Mablethorpe which was also lovely. Plenty of leisure facilities for families. Check in/out was very easy due to excellent communication with the host. Thank you very much. We hope to go back soon.

Beautiful caravan, impeccably clean and all contact with the owners was superb. Lovely caravan with large living and dining area and great kitchen facilities. Beds are comfortable and great parking space just outside the caravan, so convenient. The Caravan is 5 min walk from a beautiful beach and the onsite facilities are amazing, the kids had the best time with all the fun activities and swimming sessions. Staff at the site are all really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning ourselves soon and recommending to family and friends. Thank you for such a great few days!

It is in a lovely, quiet position on the park, close to the beach entrance, and is a very clean and comfortable caravan. Well equipped with everything we needed. Small deck and table & chairs is great and facing sun most of day. Tess (owner) was very informative and easy to deal with. We will definitely book again next time we visit Mablethorpe.

“Thanks so much!”

We had a perfect Easter break stay ! Caravan was a perfect base to spend the week with my 3 boys. Everything was so clean and tidy and had all the basics. As it was a chilly week we popped the heating on and it felt so cosy. The caravan has a great location on site and has a parking spot and plenty of space around it. It has 2 chairs and a table on the decking and faces the sun - perfect! The beach is a min walk from the caravan- was so lovely to walk along into Mablethorpe. The Haven site has lots to keep the kids happy too ! Defo be going back xx Thanks ????

“Just returned from a fantastic break with my husband and 13 year old.”

The caravan was spotless and spacious with a very cosy family feel. The beds were comfortable and shower lovely and hot. We made use of the dvds and board games provided and enjoyed all the facilities on campus. Especially loved that you can pizza delivered straight to your caravan! The beach is really close and has beautiful golden sand. The waves are very tame so perfect for younger children. Had a lovely walk up to mablethorpe and recommend The Louth pub for food. Really friendly staff and great price. Tess is very kind and really cares that you have a great holiday. Highly recommended to all!

Caravan was spotless, beds very comfortable and caravan had every thing we needed. The site was very tidy, with so much to do for all ages at reasonable prices. The local town had lots to do and see, with an amazing beach. Booking was easy and found it a very friendly service. Will definitely go back again!

Perfect location and loved that our children could safely play outside the caravan. Caravan was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. Love how close it is to the beach. “My girlfriend and I have just got back from a lovely 3 day break in this caravan.”

The caravan was spotless when we arrived, very spacious, comfy beds and in a very nice area of the park. The weather was a little wet one evening so we was able to make use of the board games and DVD’s provided. The caravan has 2 toilets which were very handy! From my general enquiry to checking out, Tess (the owner) was fantastic. It was my girlfriends birthday on the day we were due to arrive, I mentioned it to Tess who then helped me to arrange a cake and balloons to be in place for when we arrived. Tess also provided great communication throughout, letting us know of the events happening on sight during our stay. TL;DR - The caravan was superb. Owners are fantastic. We will be back!! But with another little human next time. Thank you!!

“We had a wonderful holiday in this caravan, it was spotlessly clean with lots of space for myself and my two children.”

The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked perfectly for us. The owners (I dealt with Tess Roberts) were very helpful with questions I had regarding the entertainment passes and checking in. It’s a lovely location within walking distance to the beach (perfect when you’re carrying beach toys!) will definitely return next year!

“Tess (owner) was fantastic , I can’t praise her enough.”

She was so helpful and ensured that I had all the information we needed prior to our stay. Praise also to Fiona who made sure we had milk, bedding and towels upon our arrival. The caravan was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect- a short walk to the main site but far enough away from the main campus so my children could plan safely away from traffic and noise. My only suggestion would be to offer a few non stick saucepans/ frying pans so it’s easier to cook eggs. A few hooks on the doors would be useful. Also the hoover has had it and needs replacing. But theses are just silly things. Overall we loved the caravan and I’d strongly recommend. Side tip: take a rain check on the passes for use of the haven facilities. They are extortionate and so not worth it (you have to book slots and there are generally no time slots available for swimming or the evening entertainment) Take your children to the paddle area in Queen’s Park instead. It’s free and you don’t have to book your slot. My kids loved it. So did I.

Thank you so much for your review really appreciate it. This is our 1st season as owners so great to have feedback on anything we can improve on. Will definitely buy some more non stick pans and look to replace the hoover. We did think about door hooks but had heard sometimes they cause dents in the wall as get swung back. So glad you had a lovely holiday. Good tip re Haven passes. It has been very changeling with the restrictions on numbers so booking activities has been very difficult. Fingers crossed this will be better now. Queens Park lovely with the splash park. boating lake and golf. Fab recommendation. “Had a lovely weekend staying at this lovely caravan.”

It was ideally situated for us within the park in a quieter section on a corner plot (loved the cherry tree next to it!), and only about 5min walk to the beach which didn’t get crowded even though it was still half term. It had everything we needed and we’re really looking forward to returning. Any questions were answered really quickly by the owners, very helpful.

Great communication with the owners. Spacious caravan which was situated on a quiet area of the park yet close to all the amenities. Caravan was spotless when we arrived which after a long journey was fab. 5 minutes walk to the beach which is beautiful. Really lovely campsite will definitely go there again.

Spacious and plenty of room with a large living room area to relax in. The owners were great at communication, very helpful and no questions were too much trouble, they even provided us with a high chair and a swimming ring so we could take our baby swimming. We would highly recommend this caravan for a family holiday and will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely 3 bed Salsa Eco 8 berth caravan. The caravan is very spacious and has 3 bedrooms. One double and 2 twin rooms, although the beds in the twin rooms can be pushed together to make a double. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area. The caravan has full double glazing and central heating throughout so is lovely and warm all year round. There is also a gas fire in the living room. It also has 2 separate toilets and a good size shower. There is a veranda area outside with a table and chairs.
