Our 3 bedroom caravan is less than a year old and is in immaculate condition throughout.
You'll find all the modern facilities like a microwave, full size gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment.
It has a 43" smart TV, DVD player and wifi.
There is a shower room, as well as an en-suite WC to the main bedroom.
It has double glazing & gas central heating.
It also has a large decking area with table & chairs overlooking a grassy area, ideal for children to play.
Bed linen is provided but you will need to bring your own towels, tea towels etc.
We have also provided a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Bed guards are available for smaller children.
Local amenities include; a small shop onsite, also a brand new Tesco just down the road for groceries; and Mablethorpe town is 5 minutes away with a fair, crazy golf, several arcades, pubs, restaurants, cafes, Co-op, Lidl, chippies, various take aways and lots of other shops to browse.
We are able to offer dates available between March and November when the park is open, and can offer stays for 3, 4 or 7 nights; Mon-Fri, Mon-Mon, Fri-Mon and Fri-Fri.
