“Had a great week staying here during the school holidays!”

The caravan was really clean and had everything we needed. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the main activity area, which was super handy. The site has loads to do for all ages, from little ones to teens. Check-in was straightforward—we were greeted at the site entrance and given directions, and the owner messaged with clear instructions on how to access the caravan, making it smooth and stress-free. It's a lovely place for a family break. Already planning to book again for next summer!

The van it self was very clean and had everything we needed! (Even an air fryer!) the van its self is so close to the amenities on site and is in such a quite area of haven! We can not wait to book again will be returning!

“Booked this caravan on a week's notice.”

The owner was very helpful from start to finish - I only had to contact him once during our stay and it was at a bit of an inconvenient time but he responded within minutes. The caravan itself was very clean, I was expecting to clean some of the glasses or cutlery before using them but they were spotless. The air fryer was a very handy addition and the complimentary tea and coffee gave a welcoming touch. Great owner and a great caravan. We'll be back for sure!

“We had a great stay in this immaculate caravan.”

It’s the cleanest and best equipped caravan we’ve ever stayed in.. The beds are so comfy and the quilts and pillows looked brand new. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s a large caravan with the bonus of 2 toilets and a huge bathroom which is very practical with little kids. I’d highly recommend and we will look to book again.

The living room is very spacious with a separate dining area for the family to eat comes with a full wrap-around sofas with a fire for a cosy evening all with a tv with built-in DVD player sofa does pull out into a double bed. The kitchen has plenty of storage space with a microwave, Air fryer, oven, kettle, toaster and pots, plates, pans and utensils for all your cooking needs. Just from the kitchen has a large family bathroom with a large shower toilet sink, and shelves. Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea.
