This is our first holiday home and we lots of memories here for you to make! This is what our van has for you: We offer 7 night bookings Friday to Friday Monday to Monday Saturday to Saturday!

Weekend bookings 3 nights Friday to Monday Monday to Friday 4 night stays.

We ask for a small deposit of £50 to secure your dates and that will be non refundable and £100 security bond which will be refunded once the caravan is checked and there is no damage or missing items.

Which will be refunded with in 7 days after your stay. The double room had a wardrobe with 2 side cabinets 2 twin bedrooms with storage and a pull out bed in the living.

All bedrooms have blow air heating too.

A lovely spacious bathroom with towel rail heater shower toilet sink, with a further separate toilet … which is always great to have. Fully equipped kitchen for your stay large oven and hob microwave crockery and cutlery is all included for your self catering holiday.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea. Mablethorpe has a selection of reputable restaurants with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Chinese and French, plus high street stores and independent shops, along with a weekly street market where visitors can pick up locally produced goods. The town is home to the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary where you can meet seals along with an array of other friendly animals; the Mablethorpe Golf Course that is a must for keen golfers, whilst there is an amusement park and go-karts for those seeking an adventure.
