“This caravan ticked every box for us.”

Exactly what we needed and Ruth was easily contactable and responded to our query very swiftly. If you have limited mobility, the width of the doors, the sink height and the space overall is invaluable and the icing on the cake is the wet room with the higher toilet which these days is unheard of. The owner has thought of everything, thank you. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

“A lovely spacious Caravan, ideal for ppl with disabilities very well equipped.”

Slope entrance wide sliding doors to both bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen appliances cupboards all lower for easy access. Seating area on veranda n small fairy lights for the evening. The van is positioned close to the entrance and all amenities. Lots of birds rabbits and ducks around made our stay more fun. Clean comfortable and ideal for a relaxing peaceful break.

“Totally amazing.”

Younger one loved it, older one did but could’ve done with a friend joining him, still plenty of things to do. Static was very clean and comfier than expected, little one said “it felt like home” Passes o my get you in, but worth it just for the Lido, even in April we could go in ???? We are definitely coming back!

“Absolutely loved this caravan.”

Took my disabled mum (82) and this was like a home from home. The adapted features were amazing, everything was better than expected. The size of the rooms, the space, everything. And then the wet room. This was worth it's weight in gold. The owner was contactable anytime, and she was super helpful with any enquiries I had. Definitely booking again. Thank you for a great holiday xx

“Brilliant 7 day break!”

! The caravan was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have the balcony and added bonus of a few toys and games, including an Xbox and Netflix. Communication was excellent and Ruth assisted with passes and questions about the local area. So much to do at the park and surrounding area, had a great day out at the local farm, Skegness and a maze. Thanks for a lovely stay.

“We stayed at this caravan at the weekend .”

It was clean and well presented . They had a lovely welcome basket with biscuits and a couple of bud lights which was a nice touch. The caravan had everything we needed and more for our stay ! They had some toys which kept the kids happy and for us a welcome surprise was they had Netflix and Internet! Never have we had that in others . Ruth the owner was lovely to talk to over message and very helpful . She suggested the kinema in the woods and tearooms in the woods which we visited , it's only a 10 minute drive away and the food at the tearooms was amazing so good shout ! They had left local takeaway menus too which were useful . All in all lovely stay and hopefully will visit again x

“Lovely clean facilities and very kind and helpful host.”

We came with two children aged 3 and 5 and there was a great assortment of toys which kept both children very happy! All in all a lovely time spent away in a great location. We would definitely go back again.

The property

Stay at beautiful Tattershall lakes Country Park.

Relax with a book, walk round the lakes or take advantage of park facilities. Sleeps 6 with 1 king size bed and 1 twin room with full sized beds and pull-out sofa bed in the lounge.

Single bed is raised but these can be moved to the king bed if needed. The caravan is like home from home with kitchen appliances.

Books and games, blueray player, separate arm chair for those with mobility issues.

4 minute walk around to the main facilities.

Well behaved dog's welcome we just ask you bring your own bedding for your dog.

Local takeaways will deliver to the park. 30 minute drive from Skegness and the historical town of Lincoln.

10 minutes drive from Woodhall Spa with 1920s Kinema in the woods, and Tea house in the woods.

5 minutes from RAF Conningsby where the Spitfires and only remaining flying Lancaster, often seen flying over the caravan.
