“Owners provided clear instuctions for our arrival in advance and check in with you on arrival to make sure everything is fine.”

Caravan was spotless and well equiped. Facing westward it's at the far end of 7 lakes with no caravans on the other side of this particular lake so the view and sunset each evening just what you'd hope for. As well as all the swans, ducks and Geese you do see plenty of wild life from rabbits, squirrels, heron and kingfishers. Regards the fishing it's a bite a chuck on maggott with small rudd, roach and perch but switch to sweetcorn or small cubes of lunchoen meat and the size goes up to 5/6 ouncers and it's still a bite a chuck. There's lots of jack pike that grab at fish being reeled in and caught half a dozen by accident. It's worth bringing a few small lures. Also found out that the lady that lives in the caravan, with the big statue of an asian lady, that you pass just before this one, works at a fishing tackle shop and you can order bait from her which she brings to your caravan. The owner, Kealey, had provided all the supplies and also lots of lovely finishing touches eg cotton pads and buds in the bathroom, soap dispensers and fluffy towels. Such a relaxing holiday we would definitely recommend Kealey and her luxury caravan and facilities.

We had a nice time at sunset view caravan, the owner gave me plenty of information before we, went, the location is ideal, with a private, fishing peg, we caught plenty of roach and Rudd, and the odd carp, and there were pike around catching the fish we caught and taking them, over all a nice relaxed holiday, thank you Keeley, we will certainly go back

“I cannot fault either the caravan or the help from Kealey.”

Firstly, the contact and help from Kealey was fantastic. Nothing was too much to answer and the contact during the holiday (checking everything was ok and where extra items were if needed) was exceptional. I wish all owners of vans gave this much information/ help! Secondly, the van. You have to remember this is NOT one of the vans owned by big companies but is somebodies personal van, this means there are a lot more personal touches which makes it so much nicer and more comfortable. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, very comfortable and homely. It had a lovely position next to the water and the sunsets were beautiful. It was a joy watching the birdlife on the water and the bats flying around at night. I would definitely recommend this van and Kealey to anyone and would certainly return myself.

“Wow wow wow!”

!! what a fantastic holiday in this stunning caravan, it has everything possible you need, everything about it is just amazing, home from home, absolute perfect spot, sitting on the veranda overlooking a lake, watching the geese & ducks, nice & private & the private fishing peg is just an added bonus, the neighbour was lovely & friendly as was the owner of the caravan, Kealey, what a lovely lady, from getting there to leaving, she could be contacted at all times if needed & kept us informed, ie letting us know the caravan was ready for us earlier than the expected time, the site itself is so nice, both me & my partner enjoyed all our meals in the club on site, sitting outside the club, watching the jet skiers, just a lovely relaxing holiday, enjoyed it so much, we contacted Kealey & she made it possible for us to return for another 17 days in September so we were straight back after only being back home for 5 days, we will definitely be returning, no wonder people live there in that location!!! big thankyou to Kealey & family x

“What can I say this was a holiday that definitely captured our hearts.”

Kealey was amazing from start to finish no question was too much and she was fantastic thank you. The caravan was amazing had everything we needed and more. It was definitely a home from home experience. It was a beautiful environment and everyone we came across were friendly. The neighbour was friendly and welcoming. The lake side location is ideal for a relaxing glass of wine or a spot of fishing is desired. Everything you could hope for and more for a holiday we were truly sad to leave.

“6 Sunset View is a beautiful caravan with a stunning outlook on to the fishing lake.”

You can sit right on the edge of the lake on the lower decking area. From date of booking to day of departure Kealey (the owner) was very friendly, pleasant and available if we should have any queries or needed anything. The caravan was spotlessly clean on our arrival and smelt lovely. Very tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. Beds were made up ready and lots of soft, clean, white fluffy towels. A good size fridge freezer , oven and hob, along with a microwave and an air fryer if you wanted to use them. Everyone in the clubhouse, ice cream parlour and site office were also very friendly and helpful. Crowle train station is 2 minutes walk from the site entrance. Site best suited to fishermen, paddle boarders and jet skiers. Thank you once again Kealey for letting us stay in your lovely Holiday Home.

From the friendly texts from the owner which made us feel like friends rather than a customer to the spotless, well maintained and stocked caravan. There wasn’t one negative thing about the accommodation. The position of the caravan is one of the best and my husband was delighted to catch his personal best fish! Whilst we were half way through our break we were already recommending it to friends and family. We were also extremely impressed with the whole site. Lots of well maintained walks around the many lakes. The bar served good food and very reasonable priced drinks. Thank you Kealey and family. “What a lovely stay in a lovely caravan.”

Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Caravan is spacious and spotless and the outdoor area is lovely to sit and soak up the sun. The private fishing peg is a little gem together with a seating area for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and both the bathroom and bedrooms are a great size. The location is on one of the quieter lakes further away from the bar/restaurant noise but still only a 10 min walk through a little track. The owners are always contactable and very helpful with any queries. Would 100% recommend
