“Lovely caravan with a great view of the lake.”

The caravan was very well equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and the caravan was clean and cozy. The communication with the owner was really good Shirley is very friendly and we were directed to the caravan with ease. The site is really good and we loved that the bar/resturant is dog friendly too. Large arcade on site also shop and takeaway area that sell lovely ice creams. We would definitely book again. Thank you.

“We stayed here at the start of August for a little break away with the kids which was enjoyed by all, the caravan and site were fantastic very new and great facilities available.”

The caravan faces the lake which was nice with a sun trap on the veranda and only a little walk to the amusements and entertainment bar. The caravan itself was very well equipped and spacious, we couldn’t believe we had got it for the price we had compared to some others we had seen advertised. Shirley was available if needed and communication leading up to our stay was good. The area itself is perfect with a Lidl and anything you could need within 5 minutes including mablethorpe beach. I would definitely return again, amazing value for money.

“We arrived to lovely hosts with great communication on arrival to direct us to the caravan.”

The caravan itself is in a beautiful location on the lake and the veranda made it safe for our two dogs and our 7 year old who loved feeding the ducks. The caravan is gorgeous. A very clean, modern caravan and smelt lovely and fresh too. Thank you for a wonderful few days and we will be back!

“One of the reasons I booked this caravan was the use of private WiFi, unfortunately this was not so .”

WiFi hadn’t been fitted and when I mentioned it to the owner was told it was something they were looking at installing later in year. Even though it says WiFi available. Also no spare cupboard in kitchen area to put food items in.

Hi, I apologise re wifi, we did believe it would up and running by new season. As for cupboard, there is an empty cupboard next to cooker for food items. Also fridge and freezer. We are very disappointed to receive this review considering high reviews we have always had. Property Owner

“We stayed at Shirley's caravan from 31st August to 4th September and wow what an amazing caravan it is ,very modern , right near the lake were there are beautiful friendly geese and ducks ,decking and bench with an amazing view ,lovely sitting out in morning and evening, all facilities in caravan ,plenty of games ,dvd,Freeview ,books and all the things you need for cooking etc ,very clean and tidy and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again soon .”

Would highly recommend to anyone ,great communication with owner and very friendly nice people ,plenty available on site for younger and older children . Thank you so much I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to going again x

“Booked this beautiful caravan, had 4 nights just me and by rescue girl kizzy, wonted for nothing everything you needed in caravan by a beautiful lake with lots of wildlife, and men fishing, some dogs swimming which kizzy was very interesting in watching daily ,all amenities close by if you forgot anything but to be honest with the size of the fridge/ freezer be great for bigger family .”

Security great with lockable gate to decking. Last of all the lovely owner shirley as was at hand if needed , nothing was to much trouble at all .very enjoyable holiday thankyou chris and kizzy ????????????

“Stayed here for 3 nights (fri-mon) at the end of July 2022 and it was perfect for 2 adults, 3 young kids and a dog.”

Caravan was spotless and was well kitted out with all the essentials you need. The park was also very nice and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Communication from owners was quick and informative. Would highly recommend. Will be looking to book again for 2023.

The property

Family owned caravan in quiet location.on this newly refurbished park.

But in walking distance of bar/restaurant/cafe/amusements and children's play area.

There is also an Aqua Park.

There is a bus stop outside of park and a swimming pool approx 1 mile away in the busy town of Mablethorpe which also hosts the 3rd top beack in England which is also dog friendly. Our caravan sleeps 6 Its unique style covers all your requirements, with the bedrooms either end (provides more privacy) ensuite to main bedroom, plus another shower room, lots of storage then in the centre is the lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and reading area. Large smart TV in lounge with further TV in main bedroom There is a side gated decking and parking for 2 cars. Fishing right outside caravan and regular visits from ducks, geese and swans (George and Mildred). Daily fishing permit required from site. Deflead dogs welcome but please not in bedrooms. Loads of walks close by. The two single beds cannot be put together due to layout of second bedroom. Extensive kitchen equipment. We just ask that you enjoy yourselves and keep caravan in the great, new condition as it is.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea.
