“Excellent caravan with everything you could possibly ask for provided.”

they really have thought of everything !! caravan was spotlessly clean too :) site is really good for kids and the pantos were a hit. not forgetting Eddison the elephant who was my sons favourite ! needless to say I have rebooked for this year

“I would just like to say caravan was brilliant,it was a home from home with all the comforts,the location was great 5 mins walk either way to the beach or entertainment.”

All the added extras such as bedding and it actually being made up was excellent(you save room in suitcase) the washing machine was greatand all the outdoor equipment like table and chairs and toys, bikes were great. we had a great week weather was good too if it hadn't been there was plenty to do inside playstation,films or games you can really tell this caravan has had a lot of thought gone into it, so that anyone staying there no matter what their need or the weather can really enjoy their holiday. it's really unusual for our family to stay in at night but we could have quite comfortably as the caravan was great i can't wait to go again next august

unfortunately we do not provide bed linen anymore for hygiene reasons. I only supply the duvets and pillows. you must bring your own now. Property Owner

The property

Our caravan is kept to a high standard, it is cleaned and checked by us between every letting to guarantee our high standard of cleanliness. This is a new caravan which has just been sited on the latest development of the Grange Leisure Park in Mablethorpe the Pinewood Retreat We have a prime position on the lake with great views Caravan has all mod cons including smart tv in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms.

Caravan benefits from gas central heating & double glazing throughout. Front sliding doors take you out to the large veranda and the Hot tub.

Also making the most of the lakeviews There is a fridge freezer, full size cooker and microwave along with dishwasher to bring you all the comfort of home. We also have an outside rattan table and chairs to relax in the sun.

Gas and electric is inc Beds are made up for your arrival We also charge a £100 bond which will be refunded after we have checked the caravan has been left as found (clean and no breakages). The site has a shop, Childrens play park, numerous fishing lakes and a golf course.

There is the onsite club with Nightly entertainment and restaurant serving delicious meals.

There are plenty more pubs and restaurants cafes and shops in Mablethorpe itself.
