Unfortunately on walking in the caravan it wasn’t very clean, in particular, the oven hobs, splashback, and surrounding area and the oven front were covered in grease, the handles on the kitchen cupboards etc were dirty. It basically looked like all the cleaners had done were a quick hoover and dust. Unfortunately on walking in the caravan it wasn’t very clean, in particular, the oven hobs, splashback, and surrounding area and the oven front were covered in grease, the handles on the kitchen cupboards etc were dirty. It basically looked like all the cleaners had done were a quick hoover and dust. Things looked like they needed maintenance; carpets were stained, fraying and not gripped; Shower & taps were not clean, the bottom of the shower glass looked like that had never been cleaned; the whole corner of the sofa was actually fully broke and the response when emailing the owner with an image was “oh no was it the people before” which did feel a little odd. We ended up putting a spare duvet on top so one of the kids could still sit there and not fall in; lastly, light shade over the dining table was hanging and taped. It was just really disappointing. It is a shame as the location was lovely, and the caravan had lots of potential to be a nice getaway with the right cleaners and maintenance.
