The caravan has three bedrooms: A spacious double with its own en-suite and two other twin bedrooms.
This caravan can comfortably sleep six people.
It has central heating and is double glazed so even in the cooler months your caravan will always be comfortable.
Outside there is a huge 8ft wide veranda that extends the full length of the caravan and wraps around the front.
There is plenty of room for seating and six seat patio set.
The comfortable lounge area has plenty of seating.
There are French doors leading out to the veranda.
There is a large 40” flat screen TV with free-view .
The kitchen area has plenty of cupboard space with a large fitted fridge freezer and extractor hood.
It is well equipped with electric kettle, toaster, Deap fat frier, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, bowls etc.
The microwave oven, and fitted hob and gas oven provide for the rest of your cooking needs.
The living areas are open plan with a door between the living and bedroom areas.
This means that the bedrooms can to be kept quiet in the evening while the adults watch TV.
There are three bedrooms: Bedroom one extends the full 12ft width of the caravan giving you lots of room to move around.
It has a double bed with cupboards over, a good size double wardrobe and a single wardrobe with fitted shelves.
There is also a dressing table and stool.
Leading off from here is the en-suite providing a second toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom two has two single beds, wardrobe, drawers and over-bed storage.
The beds in here can be pushed together to make a second double bed.
Bedroom three Has a 24in TV and also has two single beds.
It has a wardrobe and over bed storage.
Good quality duvets and pillows are provided.
You are welcome to bring your own bed linen although we are happy to provide this for a small additional cost.
The caravan has a good size bathroom fitted with a double shower with folding glass shower screen.
The cupboard and shelves provide more than enough storage for toiletries.
The caravan is located on what we think is one of the best pitches on the site.

There is lots of space for eating outside, using the BBQ or just relaxing on the lounger at the front of the caravan.
The caravan is on the edge of the site, directly off of a quiet side road with parking for the car.
Beside that is a large grassy area ideal for paddling pools or picnics.
Behind the caravan is a storage shed and a Private Garden which is very useful for storing your bulky items such as suitcases, prams and beach essentials.
Coastfields is ideally situated for all the attractions of Fantasy Island and markets which are just a ten minute walk from the site entrance along the sea front.
Alternatively catch the free open top train which travels between Coastfields and Kingfisher holiday park and walk the last couple of minutes from the site entrance.
In the opposite direction are more amusements, shops and family pubs.
Hardy’s animal farm, which is a great day out, is about ten minutes walk away.
We have tried to provide everything that you could need for a comfortable holiday so that all you need to bring are towels and bed linen.
If you don't want to bring your own bedding we can make up your beds using our own bed linen for an additional charge of £30 .
