Had great communications from the owner (Nicola) right from my initial enquiry, up to arrival. Very helpful and informative, with clear directions to the caravan, information about the site and area and the caravan itself.
Couldn't fault the caravan or experience overall. We found it to be spotlessly clean, tidy, cosy and well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen, bedrooms and living area for a short, good value weekend break. The decking was nice with a table and chairs, but we didn't really use this area as the weather wasn't particularly warm for sitting out in.
The leisure passes (wristbands) for the on site facilities (swimming and clubhouse/showbar in our case) were a little pricey, but this is no reflection on the caravan booking, as those prices are dictated by the site itself and not the caravan owner.
We did use the little swimming pool over the weekend. Booking was easy enough at reception, and the pool was warm and not overcrowded.
Would definitely recommend for a good value caravan break, with great access onto Ingoldmells beach, close to all attractions, pubs, bars, cafes etc.
