WE DO WEEKENDS OR SHORT STAYS ONLY IN THE OFF SEASON.
Our home to home caravan has a double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds which can be made into double beds and a pull-out double bed in the living room, we do not supply bedding or towels only duvets and pillows, so you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow slip, duvet covers and towels.
It has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet with sink.
In the kitchen/dining area there is - kettle, teapot, toaster, air fryer fridge with small freezer compartment and a microwave.
The living area has a 42 inch smart TV.
We also have a vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and an iron and ironing board.
We have a veranda with seating and a small table.
The veranda is gated, which can be locked to keep little ones safe.
Their is no smoking or vaping in the caravan and no pets allowed.
we have tried to help you feel at home during your stay.
We ask for a £50 deposit to secure your dates to be paid with in a week of booking.
We ask for the rental payment to be paid in full 6-8 weeks prior to the date you are hiring.
We do offer a payment plan, this can be discussed when booking.
We ask for a £50 refundable bond to be paid with the final payment, this is refunded providing the caravan is left the way you find it, clean and tidy, with no breakages, (any breakages must be replaced or paid for and all damages must be reported)
If the caravan is not left clean and tidy, with breakages replaced and reported you will not get your refundable deposit returned to you at the end of your stay.
We supply materials to clean the caravan during and at the end of your stay.
The caravan is located on Coastfield Holiday Village in Ingoldmells.
If wrist bands (entertainment passes) are wanted they are £60 for 4 days and £80 for 7 days up to 8 persons they can be purchased on site at reception or I can book them.
We do weekends enquire for £130 per night.
The key for the caravan is in a key safe and I will supply code before you leave home.
We hope we have supplied everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.
Caravan is available from 2 PM on your arrival day and you will need to be vacated by 11 AM on departure day.
