This caravan is located in a great position, 50 yards from the site exit and within a two-minute walk of the children’s park and shop.
There is a large veranda with both ramp and steps access.
The caravan has three bedrooms: A double and two twins.
The pull-out sofa in the lounge area means that this caravan can comfortably sleep eight people.
It has central heating and is double glazed throughout so in the colder months your caravan will always be comfortable.
For the summer months the lounge has a ceiling fan.
The comfortable lounge area is light and airy with full height windows that take up most of the caravans front wall.
It also has plenty of seating, with a sofa and two easy chairs.
There is a large wall mounted flat screen TV with free-view and wi-finis available on request.
We also have a play-station 2 console with a selection of games suitable for both children and adults.
The modern kitchen area has plenty of cupboard space with a large integrated fridge freezer full size gas oven and hob with extractor hood.
The microwave oven provides for the rest of your cooking needs.
The living areas are open plan with a door between the living and bedroom area allowing the bedrooms to be kept quiet in the evening while the adults watch TV.
There are three bedrooms:
•Bedroom one has a double bed, mirror fronted wardrobe with drawers and cupboards below and a dressing table.
There are two bedside tables and wall cupboards provide additional over-bed storage.
•Bedroom two has two single beds, a small double wardrobe, drawers and over-bed storage.
•Bedroom three has two single beds.
It has a small wardrobe and over bed storage.
We provide good quality duvets and pillows.
You only need to bring your own sheets and duvet covers although we are happy to provide bed linen for a small additional charge.
The caravan has separate bathroom and toilet rooms, ideal if there are several people staying in the caravan.
The bathroom has a double shower with folding glass shower screen.
The shower is thermostatically controlled so that the water remains at a constant temperature.
There is a large under sink cupboard and the shelves above provide more than enough storage for toiletries.

The veranda extends down the side of the caravan and provides a huge 20 x 10 ft space to enjoy the sun.
There is a large patio table and upvc seating with side table.
The large secluded grassy area behind the caravan is also great for the kids.
There is plenty of room for games or even a paddling pool.
At the back of the caravan is a storage box which is very useful for storing your bulky items such as suitcases, prams and beach essentials.
Local Area: The Kingfisher caravan site is considered one of the best in Ingoldmells.
It is ideally situated for all the attractions of Fantasy Island and markets which are a two minute walk from the site entrance.
The site has many facilities including a large well equipped children’s park, well stocked shop and launderette.
BJ’s entertainment centre located by the site entrance.
This provides evening entertainment Including some fantastic tribute acts, a roller skating rink, proper bingo, indoor play area for the children, amusement arcade and their ‘big breakfast’ meals are not to be missed.
If you’re planning a day at the beach, it is only a short walk away.

A £50 deposit secures your booking with the balance payable six weeks before your holiday.
We also ask for a £75 bond in case of breakages, lost keys etc.
This will be returned to you when the caravan has been vacated in a clean condition with no damages.
We have tried to provide everything that you could need for a comfortable holiday so that all you need to bring are towels, tea-towels and bed linen.
If you don't want to bring your own bedding we can make up your beds using our own bed linen for an additional charge of £15 per double bed and £10 per single bed.
We can also supply towel bales.
