    “Unfortunately I was not happy with the cleanliness of the caravan.”

    There was mold on the curtains, old stains on the furniture, the cooker was covered in grease and there was various marks on the walls, dirty backsplash behind cooker. On a positive side it does have everything you need it's just a shame that it needs a deep clean.

Just to reassure future guests, the caravan is professionally cleaned after every single stay. It’s also worth remembering that it’s a well-loved 10-year-old holiday caravan, not a brand-new showroom model. After years of families enjoying their holidays, the odd mark or age-related blemish is inevitable. The curtains certainly aren’t “full of mould”, and the cooker is thoroughly cleaned between every booking. The only issue we’re aware of is that one of the control knobs needs replacing – it still works perfectly, but finding the exact replacement for a 10-year-old caravan has proved harder than finding sunshine in Skegness! We appreciate everyone’s standards are different, and while we’re always happy to take on constructive feedback, we do feel this review doesn’t accurately reflect the condition of the caravan. If you’re looking for a brand-new luxury caravan, we’d always recommend booking one of those. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and well-priced family holiday base that’s been enjoyed by many returning guests, we think ours offers exactly that.
