Modern and comfortable three-bedroom caravan with spacious gated veranda.
It is located in a great position right next to the children's park and within 3 minute walk of the site exit.
The caravan has three bedrooms: A double and two twins.
The pull-out sofa in the lounge area means that our caravan can comfortably sleep eight people.
The comfortable lounge area has a large flat-screen TV with free-view and a built-in DVD player.
We also have a PlayStation 2 with a selection of games and DVDs suitable for all ages.
The well-equipped kitchen area has plenty of cupboard space.
There is a fridge with a freezer compartment, cooker and microwave.
There is also an electric toaster and kettle.
We have tried to provide everything that you could need for a comfortable stay.
Beside the kitchen is the dining area.
Fitted with comfortable seating and room for the whole family.
The living areas are open plan with a door between the living and bedroom areas.
This means that the bedrooms can be kept quiet in the evening while little ones sleep and the adults watch TV.
There are three bedrooms:
• Bedroom one has a double bed, double fronted wardrobe with another single wardrobe of shelves.
Between the wardrobes is a dressing table with stool and mirror.
The additional storage over the bed means that there is plenty of storage for all your clothes.
• Bedroom two has two single beds, a single wardrobe and over-bed storage.
• Bedroom three has two single beds.
It has a small wardrobe and over-bed storage.
There are large electric wall-mounted heaters in all of the bedrooms, bathroom and hall which keep the caravan cosy at all times of the year.
You just set temperature to your preferred heat and the radiators will switch on when required.
Duvets and pillows are provided.
You only need to bring your own bed linen, although we are happy to supply this if required, for a small additional cost.
The caravan has a separate shower and toilet room.
The shower room has a thermostatically controlled shower, sink with cupboard and shelves.
The second sink in the toilet room helps ease those morning rushes when everyone is getting ready at the same time.
The caravan is located in a fantastic position on the site.
From the caravan, it is just a few steps to the gate of the children's park.
The large spacious veranda has a table and chairs and is a lovely place to relax while keeping sight of your children enjoying the park.
A minute's walk from the caravan will take you to the site shop and from there it's just a couple of minutes stroll to the site exit where all the attractions of central Ingoldmells are waiting.
At the rear of the caravan is a storage box which is very useful for storing any bulky items such as suitcases, prams and beach essentials.
Local Area - The well-kept Kingfisher caravan site is considered one of the best in Ingoldmells.
All the attractions of central Ingoldmells, including Fantasy Island and markets,are just a short stroll away.
The site has its own site grocery shop, launderette and large well-equipped children’s park and by the site entrance is BJ's with family entertainment each evening, upstairs in the bar and café and amusement arcade on the ground floor.
If you’re planning a day at the beach, the free open top train will pick you up from outside the site shop and drop you off just across the road from the beach.
Booking - A £50 deposit secures your booking with the balance payable six weeks prior to your holiday.
We also ask for an £75 bond in case of breakages, lost keys etc.
This will be returned to you when the caravan has been vacated in a clean condition with no damages.
We have tried to provide everything that you could need for a comfortable holiday so that all you need to bring are towels, tea-towels and bed linen.
If you don't want to bring your own bedding we can supply this for an additional charge of £15 per double bed and £10 per single bed.
We can also provide towel packs.
