This luxury 3 bedroom caravan is very spacious throughout and has a very modern feeling to it.
The living area of the caravan is very light, spacious and airy with lots of natural light from the windows and french doors - which of course are double glazed.
The modern furnishings are various subtle shades of brown.
There is plenty of seating which can easily accommodate 6 people.
Should you want a cosy night in or want to just relax in front of the TV, we have provided a 40" flat screen TV and DVD Player in the living area just for this purpose and the gas central heating throughout the caravan will ensure you keep warm and cosy.
Going into the kitchen area, you will find it fully equipped with just about everything you would need to prepare a meal.
Intigrated 60/40 Fridge Freezer will easily accommodate all your fresh and frozen food.
Full Size Oven/grill, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, pans, roasting disches, casserole dishes are all provided as are cutlery and crockery.
Everything you could want is provided, right down to the cork screw for that bottle of wine!
The bedroom layout is just fantastic and cleaverly maximises the use of bedroom space available.
The Master Bedroom has Ensuite and lots of storage space with overhead storage units and wardrobes on each side of the double bed, which features designer headboard.
We have also provided a TV in the master bedroom.
The 2 twin rooms are very different from your standard caravan.
They do have two single beds in each of the twin rooms, however these are positioned at 90 degree angles in order to create very roomy and comfortable bedrooms.
There is also in each of the twins two wardrobes giving lots of storage space for clothes for each guest.
The bedroom layouts can be better understoond from the caravan drawing (see photos).
Once you have seen the bedroom layout youself, I am sure you will agree with me what a fantastic idea this is - no sliding down the middle of beds to get in and out!
If it is two double beds you need for your party, then a further double can be found in the living room of the caravan (pull out sofa bed).
Mattress Protectors, Duvet and Pillows are all provided for each bed, however you will need your own bed linen as well as towels and tea towels.
Moving onto the shower room/toilet.
Again, very spacious with large walk in shower with thermostatic mixer valves.
No fiddling with the taps to get the right temp with it running cold after just 5 minutes in the shower.
Just turn it on, step in and enjoy!

It is also fitted with a huge wrap around veranda where you can sit and relax, enjoying the seaside fresh air and sunshine.
The veranda also has a gate keeping it private and safe for small children.
We have also included for small children - highchair and bed gurard suitable for a child aged from 18 months.
KINGFISHER CARAVAN PARK
24 hour Security.
CCTV in operation throughout the park and card operated vehicle barrier system (cards supplied when booking is confirmed).
On site there is a launderette, a mini market for those daily essentials and a large park for children.
In close proximity to Kingfisher Caravan Park you will find Fantasy Island Theme Park and Europe's largest 7 day outdoor market which really shouldn't be missed.
Here you will find a large selection of shops, pubs, takaways and entertainment for both the young and old.
The beach and seafront can be reached by foot, roughly a 10 minute walk down sea lane.
BOOKING & CONDITIONS
A £100 non refundable deposit will secure your holiday dates.
The balance is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, together with a £50 security bond.
The security bond is refunded following return of caravan keys and barrier card.
Bedding - Mattress Protectors, Duvet and Pillows are provided for each bed, however you will need your own duvet cover, pillowcase and sheets.
I do provide a bed linen service for a small additional charge.
