“Small but homely caravan!”

Comfortable for 4 people. Was very happy my Golden Retriever could come too! Perfect location to walk into ingoldmells either on the promenade or street way. Beach is dog friendly, with a reasonable cafe too as a bonus. Site has a small laundrette and basic shop. Great communication from holiday home owner too.

“Location is great, 5-10 minutes walk to ingoldmells and beach.”

The caravan is good for the money, quite clean, no outside seating area/varanda to sit out, very small rooms and bathroom. We weren’t given the caravan details until 2.50pm and check in was 3, had to text the owner for the number of the van as reception could not give us this information. Communication afterwards was good and we managed to locate the van and key code.

Less than 10 minute walk to Fantasy Island. Sealands Family Bar is just outside and across the road from the park gates, plus plenty of cafés, pubs, and restaurants within walking distance. On-site shop & launderette. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, cooker, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, pots, pans & more. Comfortable lounge area with TV & dining table. Board games provided. Double bedroom with wardrobe. Twin bedroom with two single beds & wardrobe. Bathroom with shower (towels not provided.) Extras Pets welcome £20 per pet (max 2). Bedding can be provided for £20 WIFI £5.
