Centrally located site in Ingoldmells Small Grove is located on Sea Lane (a stones throw from The Villager pub).
Two mins walk to Fantasy Island and market, 5 mins to the beach and 2 minutes to amenities such as shops, takeaways, arcades and pub/restaurant.
This super comfortable van has vaulted ceilings, master bedroom includes a king size bed, ensuite toilet and walk-in wardrobe.
Duvet and pillows are provided but own covers are required.
Rooms can be made up at an additional cost of just £15 per room.
Our caravan is fitted with a Winter pack (gas centrally heated, double glazed and fully insulated).
Large light lounge with free-standing furniture includes sofa bed, 40 inch TV, games console (Wii), a well equipped wrap around kitchen-diner, incorporating a full sized built in fridge freezer, microwave and double oven.
All cleaning products are provided.
The shower room includes large shower, vanity unit, sink, toilet and wall unit for storage.
Courtesy toilet roll and soap provided on arrival.
Outside there is a gated secure veranda to cater for young children and well behaved pets (2 dogs max) with garden seating provided.
Parking is provided for 2 car next to the caravan.

Check in time is 1pm and check out is 10am.
A refundable bond of £75 will be required for each booking which is refunded following satisfactory inspection of the caravan following your departure.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Small Grove is a Coastfield's site so guest passes can be organised for Coastfields Holiday Village, Ingoldmells - the price can be confirmed upon request.
