“The caravan was exactly as advertised.”

It's a little on the small side but was perfect for our group. Van was clean and well-presented with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a surprisingly efficient caravan oven. Plenty of mod-cons and two good TVs, though if you like grilled food, bring your own grill-pan! Location is excellent - literally the first row of vans across the road to Fantasy Island. There is no showbar on-site but three minutes away is the 'Captain Jack', which has an excellent team of family entertainers. Slight issue with parking passes when we arrived but quickly resolved and communication with the owners was excellent; they couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended and we'd be happy to use again if we return to Ingoldmells.

“We stayed in this caravan last week and I just want to WARN people so they do not feel disappointed and ruin they holiday going here the caravan is DIRTY it’s got holes all over the net curtains the sofa is thick with dirt the bathroom is disgusting I can go on.”

I txt the owner about this and she sent a PLUMBER why it’s a cleaner you needed to be sending I have over 60+pics of how dirty it is. All I done all week is cry spoilt my holiday I wouldn’t of even stayed if I didn’t have kids with me it’s only so I didn’t disappoint them I didn’t leave I didn’t want it to spoil they holiday so we just stayed out morning till night and it still put a downer on the holiday I didn’t even cook in there and owner said sorry cleaner as let me down this time hope it doesn’t spoil your holiday, no the cleaner as not been in for months with the state it is in BELIEVE ME I just wanted to warn people so your not disappointed and feel upset.

As a couple with walking difficulties this was in the perfect location for everything we wanted. Very comfortable and roomy with the best shower I’ve ever had in a caravan. Was clean on our arrival and will definitely use again.

“We stayed at this lovely caravan for a family break, I must say it had everything we needed and the location is excellent.”

Bedding was provided which is a big plus, the large veranda at the side and a smaller one at the front were put to great use in the scorching weather we luckily had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this caravan and owner to any of my family or friends, the booking process was smooth and the owners were on hand if we needed them for anything. Thanks again ????

The property

This holiday home has everything you could want for a fun-filled break in Skegness. The caravan boasts 3 bedrooms which includes a master bedroom with a mounted flat-screen TV and ensuite toilet and two twin bedrooms, a modern shower room and storage room.

There's a fully-equipped kitchen including a microwave, double-height fridge-freezer and a dishwasher.

Kitchen utensils, plates, mugs etc and an ample-sized lounge diner for you to relax in after your daily adventures.

Bring your own bed linen if you wish, otherwise we supply Linen at a cost of £20.

Pillows, mattress protectors and duvets are there for your use.

Bring your own towels. One parking permit is provided during your stay here.

Cars are not allow to park on the grass near the Caravans, only park at Sunnymede Caravan official Car Park.

If Fantasy Island on your doorstep isn't enough, the stunning beach is a short walk complete with promenade attractions - ferris wheel, restaurants, amusements and an indoor market.

Butlins is a 10-15 minute walk and day passes are available.

Visit Skegness pier which is a bus ride away.

There's always something to see and do here. This destination guarantees excitement for a family holiday!
