“We had a great time in this caravan.”

It's really well equipped with everything what you possibly can need. Extremely clean and have a great range of cleaning products available too. Communication with owners was excellent. Definitely will recommend and looking forward to stay there again in future

“We had a Fantastic stay at this property, the Caravan is clean and tidy, well equipped and clean and comfy.”

It’s only a short stroll to the beach and a couple of Minutes drive to the infamous Ingoldmells centre and around 10 Minutes to Main Skegness. The site is clean and tidy has a small bar although we didn’t use this. Owners communication is fantastic if you have any questions. We will definitely book again, 2 Adults, 1 x Child, and our little Dog stayed with 0 issues. 5 stars.

“We had a wonderful stay in this lovely caravan.”

It was spotlessly clean throughout and well equipped with everything you need. It has a large decked area to the side and front and is sited in a prime position in the park with lots of open space. The communication with the owners was first class. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

“Wow, what an absolutely beautiful caravan and what lovely owners ?”

??? We did a last minute booking on this caravan and the owners could not have been more helpful - fantastic communication and even managed to get us in early in the day. The caravan is absolutely beautiful, clearly very well looked after and spotlessly clean. The bed was also really comfy which is a big factor for my husband and me who both have bad backs. The view onto the pond is a lovely touch, too. The owners even brought us a high chair for our baby which wasn't expected but very much appreciated and was a god send. We didn't want for anything in terms of how the van was kitted out too - there was even an air fryer and water purifier! There was also lots of cleaning supplies which I personally really appreciate as I like to keep the van clean and tidy while im there. The furniture was also in perfect condition and really comfy, and the carpets were spotless. We will definitely be booking this van again, by far the best we've ever stayed in. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend ????

The property

A lovely 2 bed caravan for hire located on the Waterside Leisure Park in Ingoldmells.

The master bedroom has en-suite WC, 2nd bedroom has two single beds with robes. Bed linen is provided but please bring own towels. Family bathroom has full sized shower, wash basin and WC. The fully fitted Kitchen has a full size integral fridge freezer with eye level microwave.

The caravan has cooking facilities for 4 guests and includes cutlery, plates, pots, pans, oven, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and cloths are supplied. The family sized Lounge has TV and gas fire with French doors leading onto the veranda. Outside has a wrap around veranda and with patio furniture with lovely open views to the ornamental pond. Please note this van is a pet friendly for small clean dogs only. The site is well maintained and secured with barrier entry and boasts 2 fishing lakes with gated access directly to Ingoldmells beach (dog friendly) which is less than 10 minutes walk from the van.

There is a bar on-site as well as other bars, restaurants and shops within a short walking distance.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.
