Pictures available. Complained to owner and all they said was they have had same cleaner for 3 yrs..!!
Had to clean it before I could settle in it.
Very dated but did not expect 5* for the price but expe ted it to be clean

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate all feedback and we're sorry you feel this way,
However, we feel that this review is unfair and far from strictly true, the guest and myself exchanged several emails regarding this issue.
Admittedly, there were a few small areas, mainly at floor level, that needed attention, but the caravan was far from 'very dirty'.
The issues have been pointed out to the cleaner and these have been dealt with.
We have been letting our van for 2 1/2 years, with many repeat bookings, and this is the first complaint we have received in this time.
However, we have taken the comments on board.
