We are offering our stunning 6 berth static caravan for rent durning selected dates in 2023
Debonair has been recently refurbished it has heating throughout.
We provide Free unlimited wifi and all bedding.
Hair dryers in both bedrooms.
We also have travel cot if needed
.
We have a huge wrap around deck with seating on all sides.
Our accommodation is spacious thuout with all mod cons.
Debonair is a spacious and light caravan with loads of room in the open plan layout.
In our living room we have free wifi and a large 50”inch HD smart TV Netflix
connected on living room tv .Also a Blu-Ray player for those days when you just want to relax and put your feet up.
There is a large selection of movies for guests use.
In the kitchen we have everything we hope you may need for your holiday i.e., a Dolce coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, steamer & a 4-way sandwich toaster microwave oven etc.
and we have for convenience large fridge freezer.
Debonair has two bedrooms, The master bedroom has a full-size double bed and en-suite bathroom The twin bedroom with two single beds that also make up another double bed.
Both bedrooms have a TV with remotes and Freeview Master is smart with Netflix.
Both tvs in bedroom have dvd players built in.
All the Bedding is supplied but during summer months bedding will be left on beds for you to make up.
It is important to be clear re guests list so correct bedding will be set out for you.
There is also a family bathroom in our van, so very convenient for the early morning rush.
Having two toilets is a must especially if you have children.
We have recently installed a french door leading out to our very large wraparound decking, on which we have ample seating and a table.
In front of the caravan is a lovely large grass area, which is safe for the children to play and where you can keep an eye on them.
There are no caravans in front of you blocking lovely views.
Our van is in a lovely, quiet location on the edge of the site.
You are close to everything but can get a good night sleep.
But you are only ten mins walk from the action.
So great location all round.
Location
Our caravan is in a great position only a 15 minute walk to Fantasy Island and if the walk is a bit too much there is a bus stop located outside the site gates which runs very frequently and the last bus back is apparently 11.45 ish so very convenient.
Local taxi company and several restaurants only minutes away and several delivery companies that will deliver.
There is also McDonald's ten mins drive away.
There are a number of pubs & cafes within a 10 minute walk, as well as a Heron, Poundland, Tesco, a butchers & a chemist.
A little more of a walk and you will come to the fairground & markets.
Skegness and Mablethorpe are just a short bus ride away, bus stop is a few minutes walk from our van.
Summers debonair is a lovely van larger than most with open plan living.
Lovely open areas not overlooked on main deck.
Ample parking at side of van or carpark.
Planting in pots on the deck makes the area more attractive.
Family budget friendly van.
No hidden costs.
All pictures are genuine pictures of our van.
A few site or insurance rules.
Absolutely no antisocial behaviour the site has the power to ask you to leave.
This is out of our hands.If you are asked to leave for any reason we will not refund any monies.
No more guests than on booking form, 5 guests is maximum capacity of our van .
Any over occupancy all guests will be ask to leave immediately.
We are sorry but this is a no pets van we unfortunately will not be able to make an exception.
Please do not bring a pet with you as this will void your booking with us.
Exception for guide dogs or therapy dogs.
We have regular guests that have enjoyed our holiday home many times.

Upon arriving at debonair on the Grange it was apparent that the site is easy to locate.
and from first appearance it is apparent that the pitches are laid out with plenty of parking close to the caravan.
This was particularly welcome due to my current mobility problems.
Approaching the van the deck was spacious with nice flowers arranged around the leisure area.
The deck furniture which has been supplied is new being clean and very comfortable.
On entering the van really lovely and very luxurious with all the furniture being cosy and relaxing The amenities within the caravan provided are either new or top of the range.
The caravan is spotless and the decor is both tasteful and attractive.
The bedrooms are welcoming and have fantastic beds and mattresses which are both immaculately clean and ultra comfortable - our 4 nights sleep at …..
was some of the most enjoyable and relaxing i have ever experienced away from my own home.
In summary our stay at summers Debonair on the Grange was outstanding with both the accommodation, booking process and venue being absolutely first class.

Would just like to say that we really enjoyed our stay at this caravan on 11.5.2022.
It was like home to home so comfy.
Great simba mattress in master.
The van upon arrival was very tidy and well presented.
It had everything we needed and extras that ive not had before 2x bathrooms coffee pod machine and many more .Great size decking right round the van with lovely planting and new furniture and huge bonus its not overlooked.
I would definitely go back And will book again this year the location is perfect.
We highly recommended had a fab time.
Communication was excellent thu out.
