Hi, my name is Kelly and I have owned this beautiful holiday home for the last 3 years.
We have enjoyed it as a family as much as we possibly can but in order for us to be able to afford to keep it we have decided to share it with others.
The caravan has a lovely homely feel with everything you could possibly need .

Well behaved dogs are accepted but please don’t leave them alone in the caravan.

dogs are not allowed to go over to butlins and must be kept on a lead when on the caravan grounds.
Please pick up after your dogs, I have provided poop bags for you to use.
Modern country cottage 4 years old caravan, central heating throughout and double glazed.
38ft by 12ft with 2 large verandas for extra space these are both equipped with furniture.
2 bedroom sleeps 6 with pullout sofabed.
Master with king size bed and en-suite toilet.
Smart tv’s in bedrooms and lounge.
Unlimited WiFi
Full size fridge freezer- air fryer, all kitchen appliances.
travel cot and high chair available
linen provided.
an ashtray is provided for outdoor use.
£100 refundable damage deposit is required upon booking, this will be returned once the holiday home has been inspected.
The owner will be in touch after check out for you to purchase your butlins wristbands this payment is required by bank transfer on booking.
If your wristbands are not purchased through the owner immediately after booking your holiday will be cancelled unless your holiday is more than 4 weeks away then the owner will contact closer the time.
Please note all guests staying in the caravan need to have a wristband no exceptions.
caravan guest cannot pre book shows in centre stage or studio 36.
However you can join the non-booked queue and to be honest I’ve been in the height of summer season and never had a problem getting into a show.
skyline shows, Reds and the funfair are included with your wristbands.
The pool is now fully open this is also included with your wristband.
Bookings are taken Monday to Friday (4nights) or Friday to Monday (3nights).
Monday-Monday and Friday-Friday are also available on request.
Discount given for 7 night break.
Repeat bookers receive a 10% discount.
Please book and pay deposit and the owners will amend the balance.
We don’t book out for adult only weekends but if you are wanting a full week that includes one and your party consists of just adults, then please message me to arrange those dates as they aren’t listed.
Wristbands to be paid for to the owner 10 days prior to arrival.
The caravan is located in a quiet part of Sandhills, a lovely corner plot with lovely owners surrounding us it’s approximately 10 minutes walk to the butlins skyline.
Alternatively you can drive over and park on the butlins side.
which is what I do.
please note due to the increased risk of fires there is to be no charging of electric vehicles, if I am informed of you doing so.
I will not return your security deposit.
There are changing stations on butlins main resort as well as local supermarkets.
Check out is 10am and check in is strictly 4pm.
Summer Butlins wristband prices to be paid via bank transfer are:
1-4 nights, adults £42 - children £26
5-7 nights, adults £52 - children £31
Infants aged 0-2 free
Off-peak prices as follows.
1-4 nights, adults, £24 - children £13
5-7 nights, adults, £28 - children £16
