“We had a fantastic time in this caravan.”
It was perfect for us, and perfectly located in a quiet location and a short walk through the tunnel to Butlins and the entertainment. We were also lucky with the weather and had a sunny afternoon on the balcony / on the grass next to the balcony.
We are a group of 4 friends, so we each had our own room with one person sleeping in the lounge, although we had the flexibility of sharing one of the twin rooms if we wished. There is only one toilet and one shower, so it was great for the 4 of us, but might be a bit crowded if you pack more people in.
The caravan is excellent value. If you are expecting a brand new caravan then this might not be for you. But if you want excellent value, great location and good social spaces (both inside and outside), then this is perfect.

Perfectly located to give you all the privacy you could want but only a short walk from all the action.
3 bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twin rooms all with fresh linen included in the price.
Kept to a very high standard with new carpets and radiators recently fitted and fully equipped kitchen.
We use the van ourselves personally, so you can be assured everything is clean, tidy and in good working order.
A veranda perfect for sitting out in the sun with a burger or a bottle.
We have 2 televisions in the van along with DVD and video players and toys for little ones if the weather lets you down.
Free WIFI is available in the van so you can keep connected.
Fully kitted out with all the essentials.
The van is sited within a few minutes walk of all the activities, arcades, entertainment, pubs, and restaurants.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away.
Wristbands are to be purchased separately.
Contact us after booking and we will arrange however many you need at a cheaper price than when purchased through Butlins.
Please be aware that Butlins passes are required to get on the caravan site, not just to use Butlins facilities.

Pets are allowed at a supplementary charge of £35 per pet.
We are happy to take weekend, midweek, or full-week bookings throughout the off-peak and full-week or fortnight bookings in the summer.
