If any issues arise whilst away, this has to be dealt with by the Owners not the site office.
If there is a problem with anything to do with the holiday home which is redeemed as an emergency and needs sorting straight away I.e water/heating etc.
you are more than welcome to let the site office know so it can be sorted asap, Only if your not able to get through to the Owner, however, everything else must strictly go through the Owner, if you take it upon yourselves to go sort out without notification to the owner prior then its not the Owners liability, if guests choise to book elsewhere, doing so its classes as a cancellation and nothing the owner can do, has it will be redeemed the booking is no longer liable for us to deal with.
We strongly advise you are to sort any issues out with the Owner as the booking is through the Owner not anyone else or the site offices.
We cannot specify enough to go through us before making any rash decisions.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, we can no longer offer payment plans monies now need to be paid in March 2023 for any bookings taken for 2023, unless last minute bookings they need to be paid in full at time of booking, any bookings taken from March 2023 going forward have 8 weeks to pay in full, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, (in very extreme circumstances we try and adhere with our guests needs) Please enquire withtge Owner/s.

Pets are allowed only 2 small pets, will be allowed, unfortunately due to space we would allow 1x medium doggy guest, unfortunately not 2 doggy guests with a medium doggy.

Doggy guests from age 10 mths no younger, please follow house rules for pets, Do not allow doggy guests on furniture or beds, thank you in advance due to damages caused, no chewing of furniture etc..
Please ask owner about earlier check ins and late check outs these may incur extra charges.

Check In Time is 4pm and Check Out Time is 10am, all information is on the confirmation email, which you receive once monies are all paid in full and your booking forms plus any additional forms/information sent back via email thank you.
Our caravan is near local amenities within walking distance.
Providing an ideal base for exploring the local area and is within a short distance to all the amenities Ingoldmells has to offer including the beach and Fantasy Island.
We are about five or ten minute walk from the beach The Caravan is situated by the reception on the site, easier access on and off the site plus quieter, when pubs close.
More private as not many people walking passed the caravan.
There is a family pub opposite our caravan and did do lovely meals, last time I went.
There is no membership required for the pubs, other than the club, upstairs is membership only.
Downstairs is not membership and do karaoke and bingo it's a family club with arcade and chip shop next door, further up as coming off the site, there is another family pub that does kids disco's, and there is a soft play area.
Pool tables and arcade.
The village of Ingoldmells is well worth exploring, it's a beautiful village, for those lovely quite occasions when just want to chill,and there is a lovely traditional pub there, allows children in up to 9pm, Information is correct at present time.
If any changes please inform me, I will be investigating myself.
Please Note On All Holiday Homes, owner takes bookings for weekend, short weeks etc, etc.
However please be aware that full weeks will take priority over short breaks or weekends.
if want to book them let the owner know asap and pay deposit to secure your booking, so there is no inconvenience caused.

Our caravan has a sit in shower cubicle,and a separate toilet.
The fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer behind cupboards and gas cooker and all other appliances, also ironing board in draw and iron in cupboard.
double glazing through out caravan, beautiful light up coal effect electric fire giving of that lovely cosy feeling to keep chilly nights at bay.

The TV has an HDMI output so if anyone would like to take XBOX, PLAY-STATIONS ETC YOUR QUITE WELCOME.

All cheques have to be cleared before any authorisation of keys is allowed, also time for the authorisation letters to get to you, if I incur costs of sending special delivery due to late payments of cheques you will now incur them costs yourselves.
You can pay a deposit to book your holiday or pay in full, or pay in instalments, but however you pay all monies must be cleared before caravan keys are passed over.

YOU HAVE A BOOKING FORM TO STATE WHO IS GOING INTO THE CARAVAN IT FITS 8 PEOPLE NO MORE.
ALSO IF LATE CANCELLATIONS YOU LOOSE ALL PAYMENTS FOR THE HOLIDAY YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW AT LEAST A MONTH PRIOR TO GOING.
There is an additional £50+/or higher depending on price of Holiday/holiday homes, deposit ADDED TO YOUR AMOUNTS THAT IS REFUNDABLE IF CARAVAN IS LEFT CLEAN & TIDY AND NO DAMAGED OR LOSS OF ITEMS., which will be Refundable, providing the caravan is left clean and tidy and there is no damage, breakages or loss of anything in the Caravan once Caravan as been checked after your departure.
