The property

This spacious (12ft wide) 8 berth / 3 bedroom caravan has one double bedroom and two twins, with a pull out bed in the living room and travel cot.

All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers, with a dressing table in the double.

There is also a separate shower and toilet, both with sinks; a kitchen off to the side of the living space with a cooker, fridge with a separate freezer compartmentl, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the cutlery/crockery you should need. The lounge has seating for around 12 people, a flat screen TV, DVD player, gas fire, a few books/magazines and games.

There is a gated veranda off the living area and this along with the kitchen not being part of a thoroughfare makes the caravan a safer environment for children. The caravan also comes with an iron, ironing board, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, hair straighteners, two mobile oil filled electric heater and a countertop spinner to make drying of wet clothes much quicker.
