When we arrived at the caravan site we were greeted by some friendly neighbours and pleasant clean surroundings. Upon entering the caravan we noticed a very unpleasant odour which passed through all the rooms. We opened all the windows, doors and drew back the curtains and blinds. Even after airing the place for our 3 days, the odour was still lingered, especially in the living room and kitchen area. The cutlery and dishes were all clean with plenty of good pots and pans to use.

The bedding had visible yellow stains on the sheets, and the cushions and blankets on the sofas didn't smell clean.
