The caravan is 2 bedroom with additional bed in the living room to make it possible to accommodate up to 6 people.
Travel cot also available.
It is located at the end of a dead end lane with grass area surrounding and only 1 other caravan to the side and nothing on the other side so gives outdoor space.
The caravan has privacy glass so cannot be looked in on.
Outside there is a large decking to the front and side with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days.
The caravan is situation very close to the swimming pool, gym, Nisa shop, Crazy Golf and Boathouse Bar and Restaurant, and just a few minutes walk to the other facilities including arcade, showbar, fish and chip shop etc
The space consists of: living area with wall mounted Smart TV, DVD player and selection of DVDs, large U shape sofa, electric fire and a selection of board games.
Kitchen with dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas oven/hob, air fryer and all necessary cooking utensils etc.
Main Bedroom with double bed, dressing table, wardrobes and overhead storage with an en-suite toilet.
Plenty of space.
There is also a TV with built in DVD player.
2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe with overhead storage cupboards.
A travel cot is available for use and stored under the bed in the 2nd bedroom.
A high chair is also available on request, if needed.
The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.
The living area has the additional sleeping area.
Bed linen and towels not provided as standard, this can be added for an additional charge of £15.
There is lots to do on the Southview site which is run by Parkdean, please note that activity passes are required to access some facilities and these are not included in the price.
They are optional and you don’t need to purchase them unless you want to use certain facilities, they can be purchased from reception on arrival.
Facilities available include pool, sauna, golf course, fishing lake, crazy golf, showbar entertainment and kids activities.
Plenty of nice walking areas and wildlife around.
There is a Nisa shop on site along with 2 restaurants, a games arcade, fish and chip shop, ice cream stalls, pizza and chicken takeaway.
Laundrette also available on site for a charge.
Nearby are plenty of restaurants and shops.
You are only a 5 minute drive to Skegness town centre and the beach.
Chapel St Leonard’s and Ingoldmells are also nearby approx 15 mins drive.
Parking available next to the caravan for up to 2 cars.
