    “We didnt get our security bond back due to a few drops of spilled coffee on the bed linen and a few made-up reasons.”

    Unfortunately your bond was not refunded for several reasons which have been listed along with photographic evidence all of which were not caused by others as you were the first people in. It took myself and another person to clean the van and outside areas over 5 hours which is unacceptable. On an email from yourself you said you had a great time and everything was ok. I have the email if you wish to see it.. Property Owner
