“We had a lovely stay in robs caravan, it was a joy to stay there, with the caravan being besides a small pond and seeing the ducks everyday.”

The caravan is well equipped with everything you would need. Having tvs and a selection of dvds, it was helpful for the kids. The caravan was clean and tidy. The area surrounding the caravan was calm and quiet. Overall experience in the caravan was good. Rob answered all my questions straight away.

“A cheap and cheerful caravan stay, has a few home comforts which are nice including DVDs and DVD players, soap, washing up liquid, cleaning products, all cutlery and crockery etc.”

A few negative points - caravan is dated and in need of some small repairs e.g. window latches broken, light fittings broken, beading in need of replacement, shower fitting loose, kettle, toaster and microwave could do with replacing, stool loose, pillows/duvets/linen require updating. However overall you get what you pay for and we had a nice comfortable two night stay, Robert was helpful prior to arrival - I would just say that an added benefit would be directions to the caravan for first arrival as it took us about 20 mins to find it! Located on a lovely holiday park with lots of amenities, quiet with lovely scenery and wildlife.

The caravan was clean and well equipped. The location was superb. Robert was a joy to deal with and answered any questions very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

“Me and my wife booked this caravan for a few days away but unfortunately storm babet meant that we didn't make it there in the end.”

Robert, the caravan owner, was very understanding though and worked with us to make sure we could get a refund as soon as possible (since it was too late to cancel through the booking website). He was very helpful throughout and we are very grateful to have booked with him. We were disappointed, as we were looking forward to our stay but will hopefully try and book again in the future. Thankyou Robert, all your help and patience is much appreciated.

The property

This caravan is child friendly, we have one bed room with anti roll side ,push chair available, there is electric heating in all rooms .all beds come with pillow and duvet.there is also a 22" tv in main bedroom.

there is also a medium cage for pets.

In the kitchen we also have a slow cooker available and a george forman grill.

Southview has a large club with top entertainment and also the boat house with great food, also 9 hole golf course, swimming pool sauna, gym not much this park hasent got any special requests considered.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £60.
