The property

*Same owners but a new and improved caravan* Our 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan is situated on quiet part of the park in a cul de sac location with a children's play area on the green outside allowing you to watch over your children while sitting on the decking in the sunshine - the perfect place to unwind & relax! We are 5-10 minute walk away from the main amenities on site where you are able to enjoy the new outdoor swimming pool, splash park, arcades, the outdoor cinema, gym & spa, outdoor play plus plus bars & restaurants.

(Guest passes need to be purchased separately and bookings for activities & swimming may be needed) The park also has fishing & jet ski lakes for water sports plus beautiful countryside walks and fantastic views to watch planes fly over from RAF Coningsby (a truly magnificent sight!) We have 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) with a dressing area and en-suite toilet in the master plus a sofa bed located in the lounge area which has bedding & linen provided with all beds being made upon your arrival The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker & hob, microwave, kettle & toaster.

We have a full crockery & cutlery set along with mugs & glasses too. We also have free private WIFI, games & DVDs to keep all the family entertained! A £100 deposit is needed to secure the booking, we use this as a damage deposit that is refundable once the caravan has been cleaned and checked over after your checkout. Tattershall Lakes Country Park

Nestling between the Fens and the Wolds in the heart of Lincolnshire, is Tattershall Lakes Country Park, the perfect location to enjoy that special holiday. Tattershall Park consists of 365 acres offering woodlands, lakes and open spaces along with fantastic sporting opportunities. There is a 60-acre water skiing and wakeboard lake, a 45-acre jet skiing lake, a cable wakeboard lake, and even three lakes covering all aspects of coarse fishing, two bars, one with lake views, a restaurant, children's play area and an on-site supermarket. Should you wish to venture outside this great location, a wealth of attractions can be found. NT's Tattershall Castle is next to Tattershall Park, and further afield Belvoir Castle, Burghley House and Belton House are all well worth a visit. Within half an hour's drive you can be exploring the popular cathedral city of Lincoln, with its castle overlooking the medieval streets, or spend a day discovering the coast, visiting nature reserves at Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point. For a day out at a traditional seaside resort visit Skegness, Mablethorpe or Cleethorpes.
