    “Cavervan was very clean ,had everything that you need ,very homely.”

    Very friendly owner. Beach was not far ,amazing chip shop near by and pub 10 min walk .I would not recommend drinking on site .also you need to pay for pass if you want to use swimming pool or live entertainment. After all 10/10 for the caravan and value for money

The property

Large 3 bedroom family caravan in a quiet but central area of the site.

Close to the children’s park, fishing pond, leisure centre and club house. Bedrooms consist of a double, two twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room.

There is a child’s bed guard available to use if needed. Bathroom with shower and desperate W/C. TV in the living room with Bluetooth sound bar and TV in the main bedroom both with DVD players.

Lots of DVDs to suit a range of ages.

Board games available too. Hoover, hair dryer, iron, oil filled radiators, kettle, toaster. Children’s plastic plates, bowls and cups. Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased from the main site reception on arrival.

Little Carlton 0.9 miles; Mablethorpe 15 miles; Lincoln 26 miles.

The beautiful historic market town of Louth is the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The town offers Georgian streets with Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, art deco cinema, museum, golf course, modern leisure centre complex, excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes. Nearby is Cadwell Park, which plays host to car, bike and kart racing. The Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty features gentle rolling hills, quaint villages and superb cycling and walking routes. Just a short drive takes you to the coastal resorts of Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea, plus Theddlethorpe Nature Reserve has miles of golden sandy beaches and amazing birdlife. Also for those interested in antiques Horncastle and Hemswell are nearby.
