The property

Perfect for family getaways. The holiday park is a relatively small site with its own private access to the prom and miles of sandy beaches.

It is within walking distance of all the facilities of Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea. This well-appointed holiday caravan, equipped with families in mind, includes Wifi and Smart TV. The kitchen has a full-size gas cooker, fridge, microwave oven, kettle and toaster, Sandwich maker, and crockery, cutlery and a wide range of utensils.

Also a Air Fryer and slow cooker. The spacious living area has a large wrap-around sofa which includes a pull-out double bed. Smart TV - no need to miss out on your Netflix or Amazon Prime while you are on holiday as this Smart TV with Freeview and internet connection allows you to sign in to your Netflix , Amazon Prime or YouTube account.

Also includes a portable table to sit and eat from or to spend family time, also included is a high chair, and portable Travel cot. We have a portable Twin- tub, and air dryer's for any emergency washing. The Caravan has a wrap round veranda with a gate and Table and Chairs to enjoy early morning sun or late evening's perfect for everyone to relax and chill. The Caravan Site has its own private entrance to the Beach, and walk way on either side to get in to Mablethorpe town centre or Sutton on Sea Town.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea. Mablethorpe has a selection of reputable restaurants with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Chinese and French, plus high street stores and independent shops, along with a weekly street market where visitors can pick up locally produced goods.
