The property

Located on a lovely quiet site in a superb location a short distance from the private access to the beautiful blue flag beach.

Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea are less than a mile away along the promenade and there is a Bus Stop just outside the gates taking you into both towns. * 2 Bedrooms * Ramp access * Duvets, pillows, protectors are provided - please bring your own bed linen, towels & Toiletries. * TV * The kitchen area is fully equipped with a full sized oven and fridge * Microwave, kettle, toaster, saucepans, crockery, cutlery etc. * Gas and electric are included in the price We do allow dogs in the caravan however please do not leave them alone at any time. This site does not have a bar or entertainment but this is available on the next site,a few minutes walk along the promenade towards Mablethorpe. A friendly welcome awaits you on a lovely quiet family site with beautiful walks along the beach to be enjoyed by adults, children and dogs.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea.
