“Lovely location on a quiet site.”

20 minute walk to mablethorpe town, 30 minute drive to Skegness. Dog friendly beach is on your doorstep with a promenade alongside it. Caravan was clean and has everything you need. Will definitely be back

The property

A lovely family 3 bedroom caravan with a large additional outside space.

We are happy to host families and dogs and hope that we have included everything you will need for an enjoyable and memorable holiday.

We have purchased new complete bedding sets for all of the bedrooms (should you wish to book this) and also have included a double air fryer for convenience.

There are also a range of DVDs and some games for all the family.

We have included free WI-FI and brand new bladeless fans to help with the hot weather.

We can also supply travel cots and high chairs at no additional cost. The site has private access to the sandy beach which is dog friendly all year around at our end.

Further down the beach is dog friendly from April until October but they are still welcome to walk along the promenade.

Our caravan is sited within walking distance of Mablethorpe and takes about 20 minutes but there are lots of businesses along the way.

There are cafes, ice cream shops, hot doughnuts, fish and chips, a sweet shop and the Bubble Bar where you can enjoy a drink outside on the promenade.

Along the way there is also a free splash park for families which has a small outdoor activity section and also a cafe.

All of this is before you even reach Mablethorpe!

We also have the local family club Dreams Bar and Cafe which is only 5 minutes walk away.

They have a full entertainment schedule for adults and children including bingo with cash prizes, live entertainment and a weekly auction.

There is also a Chinese takeaway just across the road from Dreams.

There are other restaurants and bars all within walking distance which are family and dog friendly.

MABLETHORPE

Louth 15 miles; Skegness 17 miles.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea. Mablethorpe has a selection of reputable restaurants with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Chinese and French, plus high street stores and independent shops, along with a weekly street market where visitors can pick up locally produced goods. The town is home to the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary where you can meet seals along with an array of other friendly animals; the Mablethorpe Golf Course that is a must for keen golfers, whilst there is an amusement park and go-karts for those seeking an adventure. Mablethorpe is a truly superb base for discovering the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and coast.
