Kitchen is fully fitted including a range cooker, full size fridge freezer and dolce gusto coffee machine. Lounge has free standing 3 piece suite, large television, blue tooth music speaker (with speakers in roof of each room) and DVD player with a selection of films. The patio doors lead to a large decking with outside furniture. On site there is a club house with entertainment, beach a 5 minute walk away and Skegness town around a 10 minute walk.
